Carpets And More Avis 

Very happy with my order from Carpets & More. There was almost a delay issue but they worked very hard to ensure i received my carpet on time and i can't fault the customer service and communication. I will be ordering the rest of the carpets i need for our house refurbishment from them.

inaccurate stock on their website. Took our order, took our money, and then less than 1 working day before the installation, we get a voicemail saying they don't actually have it in stock. Would avoid.

Haddenham Carpets were fantastic from start to finish. We are delighted with the results in our lounge, stairs and landings.

Amazing company. First class service from ordering the carpets through to delivery. We have just had the carpets fitted in the h/s/l and 3 bedrooms, and could not be more delighted with the quality of both the carpets & underlay, all of which were at a very reasonable price compared to other companies.

Really helpful and worked with me on a tight deadline

The company staff themselves were helpful but delivery was extremely poor. They attempted delivery on a day when I was specifically told it wouldn't be out for delivery. The next delivery was by a single person who couldn't actually offload the carpet from his van without assistance. He couldn't make delivery even to my ground floor front door (as is stated on their website delivery description tab) from my driveway, a distance of about 3 meters, let alone manoeuvre the 5m width in to my house. Anyway, clearly the lowest bidder delivery option. I would look for a better delivery service next time as clear communication is free and delivery advertised is actually to the ground floor which wasn't done.
I did contact Carpets and More before leaving this review but they said this delivery was described within their T&Cs which isn't true as I see it.

I found this company to provide an excellent service throughout the process of ordering my carpets. They were easy to get in contact with and speak to a person and they updated me on progress of my order. They stored my carpet until I was ready for delivery and the driver who brought them went above and beyond to ensure my goods were delivered on time and stored in my garage during my absence. First class service throughout

Very pleased with our initial experience of Carpets and More (contact was Jason). 30sqm of superb carpet at a very competitive price. Looks fantastic in situ. It made us decide to do all the other bedrooms…so have gone back to C&M for another total 44 sqm. Will update review when those carpets are down. Extremely happy so far.

I am a returning customer and have for a period of times ordered carpets and wooden flooring from C&M Carpets. I have received wonderful service and my needs have so far met my needs. Thyrrel has mainly been the person I have mainly dealt with and he was extremely helpful and was helpful in meeting my requirements. I also had carpets fitted by C&M Carpets and they were efficient and completed the fitting of the carpets within the time span. I will continue this company for my needs.

Great communication, timely responses and clear answers to questions for less knowledgeable about flooring. I was super happy with the floor (quick step) and ordered carpet for my stairs. Really happy and will use again!

The carpet price was very competitive and following a nice conversation with Akram, it was suggested that if we book the underlay, then we could save a delivery cost. Akram gave me a very competitive price and the process was effortless. Great service from an online vendor.

Carpets were really good quality, the phone service was very good and the delivery was fab, a very happy customer

We had new flooring installed in our living and dining room and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Akram was really supportive when we were deciding on the best colour and took the time to talk us through different flooring options that would suit the space.

Communication throughout was also brilliant. We were kept up to date at every stage, and whenever we had questions, the responses were quick and genuinely helpful.

On fitting day, Andy was fantastic, very experienced, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The floor was fitted with ease and the finish looks amazing.

Highly recommend this company if you want a smooth process, helpful advice, and great workmanship.

Saved a fortune by ordering from C & M, after what I'd been quoted. It arrived well packaged and on time. Would definitely recommend them.
