The modules are well constructed. The Test is difficult. It helps do divide the test in parts. for each module one test. Is's a lot of information for people are unfamiliar with research.

* Heel fijne, duidelijke en leerzame omgeving.

* Ik vind alleen dat niet alle vragen even duidelijk

interpreteren (extra toelichting mist soms).
* In de uitleg over de gegeven antwoorden tijdens de
toets kan je niet goed terug zien wat jij (fout) hebt
geantwoord en wat het juiste antwoord moet zijn. Ik
zou dit duidelijker aangeven. Daarnaast is de lay-out
helemaal anders en onoverzichtelijker dan de rest
van de site/ training en toets.

Bedankt voor je feedback en dat je de tijd hebt genomen om je feedback te geven.
Wat fijn dat je de myGCP leeromgeving als duidelijk en mooi ervaren hebt, heel fijn om te lezen! Zou je de vragen die je onduidelijk vindt, naar ons kunnen mailen? Dat kan naar klantenservice@gcpcentral.com. Dan kunnen wij op basis hiervan nog eens herbezien en aanpassen. Zo blijven we verbeteren.
Je gaf ook aan dat de lay-out van de toets anders is dan die van de lesstof. Dat klopt: je gaat van contextrijke leerstof naar een toetsomgeving die wat zakelijker en ‘droger’ is. Het doorlezen van deze feedback helpt je om een score van 80% of hoger te halen bij de volgende poging, mocht je die nodig hebben.
Tip: Tijdens het maken van de kennistoets kan je ook op de 'X' klikken om je toets te onderbreken en het antwoord in de training zoeken. Zo krijg je het idee van een open-boek-examen. Je kunt je zoekopdracht doen via het gebruikersmenu (rechts bovenin, grijze cirkel met 3 witte strepen), op 'zoeken' klikken en vervolgens je zoekwoord invoeren.

De site was goed toegankelijk. Negatief puntje: op sommige plekken stond de vraagstelling op een niet-logische plek. De lesstof liep nog door onder de vraag.

Online cursus an sich leerzaam maar…
Online cursus an sich leerzaam maar testvragen in cursus niet altijd eenvoudig terug te vinden in de tekst. Ook heel veel bijlagen waarvan onduidelijk is hoe gedetailleerd je dit moet kennen.
Kennistoets helft vragen zodanig geformuleerd dat antwoorden niet duidelijk genoeg in leerstof aan bod is gekomen. Soms ook een strikvraag waarbij het andere “foute” antwoord ook goed is maar het goede antwoord uitgebreider is. Ik vond kennistoets daarom lastig

In de training kom je veel interactieve leeractiviteiten tegen. Maak je geen zorgen als je het antwoord fout hebt. Deze activiteiten zijn bedoeld om je hersenen te activeren.
Door de 'zoek' functie te gebruiken kan je sneller informatie vinden, je hoeft niet alles uit je hoofd te kennen.
Mocht je de 1e poging minder dan 80% scoren op de kennistoets, dan ben je helaas niet geslaagd. Gelukkig krijg je 3 pogingen en heel gerichte feedback op alle vragen die je hebt beantwoord.

The EU CTR course is very complete and clear. The only critic I can give is that I do not think that examine timelines is fair. IT is not possible to know by heart all the different timelines. This is something you have to look up when needed.

Great to read that you found our online course very informative. Our approach is to use a lot of different types of learning questions such as multiple choice, tickbox and ordering questions interviews, polls and 'zoom in' options. All this to achieve a more 'involved' learning experience.

Ik heb het GCP voor het eerst digitaal gedaan. Wat mij opvalt is dat de vragen niet aansluiten bij de geschreven tekst. M.a.w. na het lezen van de tekst rondom de vragen worden er vragen gesteld die niet aansluiten cq de kennis testen over de tekst die gelezen is. Ik vond dit zeer storend, en demotiverend. Zeker een punt van aandacht ter verbetering

Dank je wel voor je feedback op de Online WMO GCP Training die je hebt gevolgd.
Jammer dat onze activerende stijl niet goed bij je aansluit. We kiezen voor activerende werkvormen om de kennis die je al hebt aan te spreken waarna het daadwerkelijke leermoment bij het lezen van de feedback volgt. Het klopt dus dat de vragen niet recapitulerend zijn. Achterliggend aan deze methode is de breinleren-theorie waarbij onder andere het toepassen van bestaande kennis leidt tot activatie van het brein en daarmee aanvullende nieuwe kennis beter wordt geborgd.

The CTR Expert course was excellent - detailed and well thought out. The help chat was immediate and problems resolved quickly. Payment was easy and certificate was issued immediately after passing exam. An excellent service - I will now try other training topics with GCP Central.

Valuable training to learn about CTR
Valuable training, useful to go through all these steps. Few points:
- timing for each module seems to be a gross overestimation of actual time.
- some of the questions that ask for an opinion list a very limited set of options - should perhaps include "other" as an option.

It's great to read that you found it a valuable and useful course! Nice confirmation for us. Regarding the duration of the course: it is difficult to give a very precise indication, after all, one person is faster than another. We calculated the average of the experience figures. Apparently, you belong to the very fast people!
And about the poll questions: of course, we are always open to more options in these questions. Especially if 'your' option was not included, it would be great to add it. If you would like to send us the supplement including the corresponding question, it would be very welcome!

ECTR course
Finished the ECTR course. Good course, not all items applicable for CRO employees but still good to know.
A thing that needs to be improved are the place of the knowledge questions during the course. In most cases you get first the question and later on you learn about the topic. Which can result in a wrong answer (because you haven't learned what they are asking) and a negative feeling about yourself and feeling negative about the course.

Regarding your comment on the activities, we would like to explain why they were implemented in this way: research has shown that learners remember the most when they are actively engaged in the content. Therefore, we have built in many activities that allow you to retrieve new and activate existing knowledge and actively learn from the feedback you get on each answer given. It is unfortunate, however, if you experience this as negative when you give the wrong answer.
Perhaps it will be helpful if, just before you start your first activity, we explain our philosophy. And also mention that you will not be judged on your answer, but that the activities are purely there to learn from and to activate your existing knowledge.

I would have liked it to be more practical, let's say: every chapter should end with a summary, so that I can look back and remember more.
The overview in graph form I found very helpfull. It would help me if I could donwload these in print friendly format.

The underlying final attainment levels of this WMO GCP Recertification course are determined by the EMWO and are conditional for recertification. This is the reason is why this course is fairly extensive; alle these levels are addressed in this course. Next time you want to do the recertification course and you activate the course in your existing account, you will only have to compleet the updates.

Progress GCP central
GCP central has clearly improved in recent years. What I miss enormously compared with live training sessions are the discussions and practical examples. It is important to maintain a dialogue so that GCP does not lead to unworkability or a jungle of (unnecessary) rules.

Soms lastig dat er vragen gesteld worden in de toets waar in de theorie nog niet eerder naar gevraagd is. Verder heb ik nu mijn certificaat al behaald door de oefentoets te maken. Echter heb ik aankomende vrijdag op het ziekenhuis pas de toets.

Fully web-based, but leave more time for the user after inlog, before automatically out-log, very boaring...

In response to your remarks, we would like to provide some information:
With regards to the questions that did not show up; this is probably due to the session time-out. This time-out can be a little unpleasant, but we need to do this to protect your privacy. In order to show the missing questions, you only need to refresh your browser and log back in.
Of course we make sure that all content is complete and updated. The fact that the texts and graphs were the same, as the last time you completed the course, has to do with the fact that there were no changes in those specific parts of the content. Chapters with major changes are clearly marked with a red circle with an exclamation mark.

Hartelijk dank voor je reactie op de WMO GCP Herregistratie test. Echt erg vervelend dat 1 van de antwoorden niet correct werd beoordeeld, ondanks dat we uitgebreid hebben getest. Het blijft mensenwerk.
We danken je voor je feedback en hebben uiteraard meteen aanpassingen gedaan. Nadat we elkaar meerdere keren hebben gemaild en gebeld, zijn we nog druk bezig om te zorgen dat je de juiste score toegekend krijgt, met terugwerkende kracht. We hopen dat je daarmee op de benodigde score uitkomt zodat je opgenomen kunt worden in het WMO-GCP Register. Voor deze registeropname vereist de accrediterende partij (ABFE-KNMG/GAIA, waarbij je bent aangesloten) dat je de volledige training doorloopt en de bijbehorende test voldoende scoort.
Uiteraard nemen we contact met je op zodra we uitsluitsel hebben of de score met terugwerkende kracht op de juiste hoogte kan worden ingesteld.

Gekke formulering van stukken, veel te veel 'controle vragen' in de leerstof, je kan net 3 regels lezen en dan krijg je alweer een vraag. Veel spelfouten in de tekst. Vragen in de afsluitende toets zijn onduidelijk, missen context, worden soms fout gerekend terwijl meerdere antwoorden mogelijk lijken te zijn, maar geen feedback mogelijkheid.
