Geefit group training  Avis 

I started last year, after being a big gym bunny for a long time I wanted to try something different. This really is different, challenges you in many ways each session. Sam is a great instructor, he really motivates you, everyone is really friendly too. So happy to be back to it again!

I have just started with geefit, I am not one for fitness but I have been enjoying it and keep going back. Both instructors are great and keep you motivated and encourages you to try your best. It's a friendly group to join. I am so glad I have found an exercise group that I really like.

I joined bootcamp eastleigh back in july 2020 and ever since have been going to most sessions.
It is great exercise and good fun to see everyone for that team spirit, I am glad I joined Sam is a great instructor and pushes you to do your best and get the most out of the sessions.

I absolutely loved my first session at Geefit.
I found the workouts hard but it felt great to push myself again. I really enjoyed the exercises and the guys were really supportive and encouraging too. Great first class, would definitely recommend Geefit to anyone thinking about joining up!

I started bootcamp last year, I've always been to gyms but with everything going on I wanted to try something outside. This was the best decision for me. You have an incredible workout each time, always different. You get to work safely with groups, on your own or in pairs and everyone is so lovely, they always make you feel welcome. I've hit my weight loss target and more. I will definitely continue to be part of bootcamp. I would highly recommend anyone to give it a go!

Absolutely enjoy the sessions. Sessions target all bodyparts and always have a fun element to it. Timings are convenient too for full time workers! The trainers are amazing and they are very accommodating. I love the buzz and enjoy the company too. Would highly recommend!! Have fun, make new friends and work out! Great way to exercise, hard work but fun

Geefit is an amazing community created by Sam focused on getting but but having fun! Throughout lockdown he has continued the effort to keep everyone motivated through zoom and now we are back outside moral is even higher. Could not recommend enough for anyone looking to get started on their fitness journey!

I cannot recommend geefit enough, I’ve always struggled to find a fitness class I’ve enjoyed but I fell in love with bootcamp Larkhill straight away. Sam and Dee are amazing instructors, who don’t judge you and teach you proper form without injuring your self. I’ve also made some lovely friends which is a bonus.

Fun but challenging sessions well planned and well organised. Friendly and supportive. Great encouragement from Sam. Highly recommend for any ability.

Bootcamp is an awesome community. Sam does a great job of keeping the workouts fun and challenging for all levels of fitness. I've been a member for just under a year and no workout has ever been the same! If you're wanting to get fit/add something new to your workout regime - you won't regret joining Geefit

Sam is fantastic at keeping you motivated and you want to always turn up to every session. Each session is different and everyone’s needs are catered for. Would highly recommend him and Geefit.

Love love love boot camp, been a member from the start a few years ago. It's a friendly atmosphere all the time. Everyone is friendly welcoming and it's really good fun. Sam the instructor is great, always makes sure everyone is looked after and ensures all excerise's are inclusive for all who attend. If you like the outdoors and need a change from the gym with better benefits then this boot camp is definitely for you!

What can I say! Sam is an amazing instructor and totally committed to your fitness. It is fair to say he has kept us sane during all the different lockdowns providing flexible workout times for all of us allbeit on zoom he has made sure every session has been different. Now at last we are back outside hopefully we can get back to our amazing sessions that he delivers using a range of equipment to ensure every muscle gets a work out 😊

I joined Geefit nearly 2 years ago and absolutely love it! Sam is super motivational and being outside is an added bonus after working indoors all day. The sessions accommodate all fitness abilities and are different each time, leaving no room to get bored. My strength and fitness have really improved and exercise and fresh air are also great for good mental health. Doing the zoom sessions in the garden with my son were a definite lockdown highlight, but it's great to be back outside together again 😊

This is the best fitness session I have ever taken part in and stayed with for so long. It’s hard but rewarding. Our teacher is encouraging and keen for us to all do well.
This is for all age groups and I’ve made some awesome friends here. It is so good for your mental health and keeping weight off.
