DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased ITunes cards which I immediately returned and today is 7th July, purchase was made on 1st of May I still haven’t got my money!! They don’t respond, phone doesn’t work and staff in shops can’t do anything! Useless, the matter has gone to the police now.

Geekay poor handling

I bough some action figures during there sale online, n when I received them they are full of dents n tore with scratches, it’s poor handling for such collectible items
How you are a collectible store if you don’t know how to handle n maintain the items

To buy it on sale doesn’t justify having them in a poor condition and quality

In addition I sent a couple of emails for not having my last purchase on the app and no answer

Unfortunately GeeKay provided me with a google play code that I couldn't redeem. Keeps coming up with an error saying that the code doesn't match google's records. I phoned them and emailed them but they completely ignored me and disregarded my case. I consider this a scam. But I blame myself for not reading reviews on trust pilot first.

Scammers

Scammers! Never ever use this store to buy anything, 2 months for a refund with no reply back to any email sent and they never answer the phone, and when they do the only thing they say is that its under process, a bunch of incompetent slobs with 0 professionalism, i will be taking my case to the police.

Update on your reply, you ask me to send an email but you never reply, same generic answers over and over again, what kind of company are you running?

Refund the money back thats the only thing you have to do!!!

never to buy digital orders

cant access my digital order i did last 27 march, i contacted support many times and they ignored the issue and told me the code available in orders page, every time i tried to access i received massage of A timeout occurred Error code 524

Terrible, avoid buying from them

Terrible customer services and they don't pick up the phone
I have a refund money with them for over 30 days now and I didn't recive it yet
What kind of a company takes over a month to refund a product that I didnt even recvice!

Paid for a gift card they never sent me! They then said after months of me trying to get hold of them that they would contact me when they were back in stock even though I’d paid and asked for a refund! It’s 6 months on and I’m no closer to getting my refund. Terrible company run by incompetent people. Thieves!

I don’t know what’s so difficult in sending my serial code.
It’s digital guys.
Why taking forever to reply or even send me the code.
What a bad experience.
