My old laptop died on me, I took it in to Geek Cabin and they were able to clone my laptop onto a new laptop , no data loss at all, the new laptop is running perfectly, everything configured, printer, wifi, ms office. No loss of emails anything.
These guys are the best.

As my Nan used to say "if you want something fixed just take it in to Wrexham". I had a Xbox One X that needed the disc drive replacing.

Epic fail from Timpsons in Cambridge who had it for a month before returning it to me as they "couldn't source the part from any supplier." Must try harder boys, must try harder.

I was in town for a game so called in to Geek Cabin just after 4:00pm on Friday. I got lucky and they had the part I needed in store but we had a bit of a race against time before 3:00pm on Saturday.

Just after 5:30pm on Friday when we were on our second pint in Top Spoons I get a call to say its all ready to collect. Fixed, tested and working.

£55. Job done. Timpsons wanted £80. As a Brucie bonus I had their test game Forza Horizon 5 left in the new disc drive.

I had screws missing in the back of my laptop as another shop had put the wrong size screws in. They took out every single screw and replaced them with the correct sized ones, all after they had officially closed on New Years' Eve. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, they provide an excellent service and I'll definitely be using them again! Thank you :-)

I had a bit of an odd job for Geek Cabin; the repair of a very old Sony Vaio laptop with both cosmetic damage and a non-working disc drive, among other things... The laptop has sentimental value and several old programs I occasionally use which can't be run on newer systems. I booked it in for a repair with Geek Cabin, having never used them before and somewhat unsure about whether such an old computer could even be repaired effectively to begin with, and I could not have been happier with the absolutely brilliant service received. Timely, polite, friendly & they did an absolutely marvellous job with the repairs I requested, despite the age of the device. The laptop was returned to me speedily and running so much better than before. Needless to say, I was extremely impressed.

I highly, highly recommend Geek Cabin. Truly a wonderful experience, and a reminder that good old customer service isn't dead after all!

Taken an Xbox series x in with a faulty hdmi port, was fixed very quickly, professional and kept me upto date, very reasonable price aswell! Very friendly and chatty staff and always have a smile on there face. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

I bought my PC from Geek Cabin a while ago. I accidentally downloaded some adware when trying to update some software (not paying enough attention to what I was doing!). One phone call to them and they quickly sorted the problem out remotely there and then! Excellent customer service

Been several times for parts and repairs. Always very helpful and prices are very competitive. Even assist over phone when possible.

My son had major problems with his pc, enquired with Geek Cabin, so helpful and knowledgeable, even collected pc from home for a nominal fee, they give him a breakdown of the Diagnostic tests what they found, New ssd which is a nvme way faster than hdd and normal ssds. Replaced the old hard drive that was failing and fixed bios then cloned all the files across.
Totally great experience in safe hands, will be booking in again next month for upgrades.

Had an issue with laptop, actually took it to a Wrexham company that I bought it from , to be baffled with science of what was needed ( they didn't even open the laptop).
Took to Geek Cabin, excellent service, fully explained what they thought was the issue , gave an estimate, email'd with the work - as well as testing overnight. Competitively priced - All working well- and will certainly use again.

Wow, what can I say?! Needed some help getting set up in my home office and both Steve and Chris were awesome from start to finish with great advice and recommendations. One item wouldn't work due to our crazy IT policies and they were fab and changed it for something else. They were really patient with my many queries and I was up and running very quickly. Can't recommend them enough! Thank you 🙂

Called in unannounced with a speaker that wasn’t charging. The ‘geeks’ took a look there and then and diagnosed the issue straight away. Provided me a solution at a great price. Overall brilliant service and great price. Thanks Geeks.

Steve helped my teenage son avoid nearly melting his PC hard drive due to incorrect installation of an upgrade. He was kind, patient and solved the issue in minutes. We are customers for life now.

I always take our Computers to Geek Cabin. Both Steve and Chris are so nonweldable and helpful i couldn't fault them at all
