Such a friendly yet professional experience visiting Gemma today for my treatment , so nice to be listened to in the way of what I would like and any concerns I had , as well as a lovely welcome I left very very happy indeed , Gemma is top of her profession and wouldn’t have anyone else for my treatment …., walked away more than happy with my next appointment booked 😊…… thank you so much Gemma 🙏🏻.

Great experience with Gemma and one of her students. Love my eyebrows, they feel very natural. Also made to feel really comfortable throughout the treatment and with any questions I had. Looking forward to the final result once completely healed, as Gemma says - trust the process!

Gemma is great at what she does and I've never had a problem with my eyebrows, so when I arrived for my 12 month colour boost I was really disappointed to be told I'd been double booked 😕 The promise to fit me in within the next couple of days didn't happen.
It's a shame Gemma didn't feel my business is important enough to try to make amends for the mistake. Sorry to leave, but good customer service is as important as great eyebrows.

Well what can I say about Gemma. She simply is the best in business. My eyebrows were thin via being over plucked and was nothing to them, take me back to the 90’s. I’m getting married in September so needed them to frame my face. Gemma’s professionalism, warm nature and amazing personality put me at ease with such a procedure. I’m completely in love.

My eyebrows are lovely after having them “topped up” Gemma made me feel so relaxed. Thank you for a lovely experience .

Gemma is so talented. She had the task of correcting my eyebrows from previous work, and she knew instantly what needed to be done. I can’t say enough good things about her work. First class lady and service.

Had my yearly brow top up with Gem today. Always lovely to see her, always a warm welcome, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, she really is the best. I have been going to Gemma for over five years now. Her brows are amazing, there is no one else I would let touch them! She is also lovely and welcoming. Would 100% recommend!

I struggle badly with trichotillomania (hair pulling disorder) and have wanted to get microblading for the longest time and Gemma has been absolutely incredible! My confidence after having these done had shot up and she has done a fantastic job with keeping them exactly how i asked. would 100% recommend. thankyou Gem ❤️

Gemma is very professional, competent & down to earth. When I had mistakenly arrived a day early, Gemma didn’t make me feel embarrassed, but made me feel at ease & relaxed when having my treatment the next day.

I recently had two treatments with Gemma.

1. Fluffy eyebrow strokes - they look amazing yet natural, and this is exactly what I wanted. Gemma inserted the hair strokes where needed and my sparse patches are no longer visible. My brows look fuller and more defined.

2. Lip blush - I’d been so down in the dumps about my lips due to another SPMU over-colouring onto my skin and having to have laser to remove it. Gemma completely put me at ease and has rectified the issues and bought my lips back to life! She carefully spent time matching various shades to my skin tone, allowing me to choose the one I wanted. I love my lips now and have thrown out the lip liner as it’s no longer needed!

Gemma does have a slightly long waiting list but is 100% worth the wait, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Gemma has a natural talent and is a perfectionist…and a beautiful personality to go with it.
