I worked with them to produce 15 CromaLuxe photographic prints. Alex was incredibly helpful and fast to respond. The prints are beautiful, crips and saturated. Image processing was quick and easy. I will definitely work with them again.

I had a valuable photo on metallic medium mounted by Genesis.From the start they were straightforward and candid, even asking me to sign a waiver should the print be damaged in the process. In the event they rang to say there was a flaw in the mounting and this couldn't be undone. When I receive the print it was to my eye flawless! Genesis were honest open and straightforward and i liked dealing with them, and definitely would do again.

I have recently used Genesis to print and frame a show. They were extremely professional and responsive from the start. Their customer service was great and the quality of the prints and the frames equally great. Will be using their services again for sure. Thanks Bernard and the whole team.

Outstanding in every way, with the best customer service I’ve encountered anywhere! As I haven’t needed to use a professional lab that often I’ve sometimes felt a tad intimidated at other labs. Not so at Genesis - the highly skilled team are all so friendly and accommodating, and, despite their many famous clients, they make it seem like no job is too small or humble. A joy to work with.

I avoid computers and social media and never write reviews but the excellent service and work from Genesis Imaging has compelled me to changed that. I know exactly what I want ( 40 years ago I had my own photographic printing business ) but am completely clueless and out of touch with the digital age, so potentially a difficult customer and a right fusspot. Everyone at Genesis Imaging was extremely pleasant and helpful and the extremely large print they produced was perfection. Next time I know exactly where to go.

I can't rate Genesis highly enough. They are always helpful, always reliable and produce the best prints that I am always thrilled with. They take time to go through things with you, to get your prints right and the results are always second to none.

As a photographer working with the wonderful team at Genesis has taken my work to another level. The quality of my fine art prints and exhibition framing they produce for me is world class.
But most importantly, after years in the industry, I have finally found a team that are a JOY to work with. Kind, supportive, encouraging and I never feel rushed or dismissed while I’m faffing around changing my mind.
Alex is always on the phone ready to help and Mark, my printer, oversees all my images personally and nothing is ever too much trouble.
In these tricky times for artists it is so important to have these personal relationships with a team. I never have to deal with a computer system that just says no!

Recently I needed a very last minute exhibition produced and the team worked all hours to print and frame 10 large pieces in 3 days. I cannot recommend the team enough to all artists that want their work in the safest of hands. And while I am certainly not the most famous or successful of photographers, the team at Genesis treat me as if I were. And this gives me that extra bit of confidence we all need some days.

Genesis is my ‘go to’ place for all framing and digital/photographic work - over the years they have printed out huge photographs for me, framed lots of pictures and Photoshopped my Christmas cards and invitations. There is nothing they can’t do! The variety of frames you can choose from is wonderful, from the super-modern to the more conventional - they are extremely helpful and efficient at every stage and I have always ended up with exactly what I want!

Absolutely superb job. Hang some very difficult and in one case very large picture. Utterly reliable and top quality.
