I had a problem with my microwave

I had a problem with my microwave, and got in touch with customer care, and honestly it has been the best experience with these people!! They couldn’t do enough for me, very professional but friendly at the same time, so thank you all once again for sorting my problem!!

Perfect toaster

Perfect toaster, easy to control, love the lift and see function, makes even nicely browned toast. Looks very smart on the counter top.

Haden are the best company I have every…

Haden are the best company I have every delt with for their after sales service.
Replacing my Air Fryer promptly and efficiently, after it had developed a fault within the 2 year guarantee period.
I would recommend Haden highly for any future purchases. A very satisfied customer

I’d like to give lower than 1 star.

I’d like to give lower than 1 star.
My kids bought me a €100 air fryer in Woodies store in sallynoggin, Dublin.
The product came with a 2 year warranty.
I had 2 problems;
- The basket handle was loose from day one. I tightened gently before every use.
The loose handle allowed the basket to drop and scratch the inside of the Teflon drawer. Causing the coating to wear off.
- the coating has also come off the inside of the basket making it unsafe to use.
I contacted Haden with proof of purchase and photographs of the damage within the 2 year period.

I gently washed the basket with a non abrasive sponge and often used the dishwasher as specified in the handbook.

Haden acknowledged receipt of complaint and came back to me a few days later saying their experts said the product was not faulty and blamed my cleaning.

I won’t be buying any other Haden products.

Haden dual drawer air fryer

One year old. Both door switches faulty after five months. Have to stand beside cooker and keep adjusting doors.
Very dissapointed.

Haden Kettle

I had brought a kettle from Haden and after 4 months the water level indicator started leaking, I got in touch with customer service and after a couple of emails and pictures they sent a replacement. Brilliant experience.

Air fryer problem

I reported a problem with my air fryer and was asked to return it to them. It went back to them on 26th March and I received an email to say they had received it and a replacement would be sent out. An email was received yesterday 30th to say it would be delivered today 31st March. This was a very good and efficient customer service experience.

Fantastic customer service

I started to get the proverbial door ‘open’ message after 3 months use of my air fryer, contacted customer service, straight away they organised a collection and replacement without any hassle, fantastic service, would definitely recommend Haden products

Cons are kettle and toaster arrived…

Cons are kettle and toaster arrived quickly and love the turquoise colour. Kettle has extra filter. Cons are a slight chip on kettle paint but not to noticable so happy to put up with it. However, kettle noisy and takes an age to boil. Metal all round is piping hot to touch after. Boiled it about 3hrs ago and handle too hot to hold. Also when pouring last 2 cups or so water pours out of lid. So many ways to scald yourself. Handle not too far from lid so easy to whack hand on handle. I have small hands too. With the toaster I put it on y to burn off any package smell for first use. No smell but it lit for an absolute age and thought it was disfuntional. Any toast in would burn to a cinder. Again metal piping hot afterwards and for a long time. A danger for children and vulnerable or frail adults, actually anyone. My hands are still hot form holding handle just now after boiling it 3hrs ago. Live in isle of man and too costly to return so they will be dumped, I'll buy a different make and lose money. Real shame.

Beware!This make is a false economy.I have had mine for 2 years and 3 months.
Oven no longer works.
Have tried to get it repaired but electricians unable to get parts.
I phoned Haden direct.
They were completely unhelpful.
Never,never again will I buy this brand.

Broken kettle

Our kettle stopped working 17 months after purchase. Returning it was very easy and a new replacement was posted within days. Throughout customer services sent updates via email. Excellent service

New equipment purchases

I recently purchased a new kettle and toaster having finally upgraded the kitchen. Both are perfect in the old cottage setting. I had a few queries with the products and the customer team were brilliantly helpful and all is sorted and I'm enjoying using the new equipment!
