Thank you, had emergency appointment as my filling come away abit and it was rough so nothing is ever a problem and MO again did a good job, I just love everything about the service 😁 always happy when walking out the building

Polite staff always super clean and welcoming the dentist always explains everything properly and efficiently and my daughter always feels calm and relaxed brilliant surgery brilliant staff

Great informative Dentist in Yannis, talked through all of treatment and expectations clearly. Reason for only 4 stars as some confusion at the end of actual full cost. Firstly was overcharged £27.40 then had to argue over further refund of £30 consultation fee that I had initially was advised was included in full treatment fee. Another dentist had given wrong information apparently but I did end up getting this refunded too. I would suggest anyone thinking of getting treatment ensure that costings are clear and emailed prior to treatment beginning. I did not get full costing breakdown until after treatment completed and even then had to ask for it to clear up the above confusion.

Reception staff are welcoming and efficient.
Premises are open planned and not cramped.
Only criticism which I have raised before is the pre appointment on line questionnaire. Why do you have to repeatedly give your meds and health details?Why not include a “ no change to previous history “ button on the on line form?

The practice is busy but the staff are always welcoming and they provide a professional service. I feel confident my teeth are getting the best care.

As an elderly NHS patient I received a first class caring appointment for 3 fillings, which were carried out beautifully without any discomfort.
This is an excellent dental surgery and I would highly recommend it to all.

Great service staff helpful

As the dentist could see i was nervous, she played music i like, had a ceiling mounted tv so i could watch things and take my mind off the experience and all staff were friendly. All in all 10 out of 10 for a pain free visit. Oddly i cant wait to go back.

The staff at Genix are absolute stars! The dentist is brilliant and made me feel right at home—which is good because I’m there so much I think I’ll need my own chair soon! After years of not being able to find a dentist after my daughter accidentally broke my tooth (which led to a nasty infection), they have been a massive help getting my smile back. You always get a lovely welcome from the staff at Genix Healthcare and the Dentist always puts me at ease. She explains everything nice and clearly. I would definite recommend this dentist.

Excellent service after breaking tooth off

The dentist and dental nurse were both excellent. I had a procedure done on the 5th May 2026 and was put totally at ease by them. Would recommend this practice 100%. All staff are very friendly. Derek.
