Five star customer experience

This is a company who care a lot about the entire customer experience. I have only ever have to contact them a couple of times but nothing has ever been and issue and you get to deal with one individual who will take complete control of the issue for you and are with you every step of the way. The products are great and my skin notices it if I forget an application. I cannot fault this company and will remain a local customer as long as I can. Thank you Aleksandra for the latest support you have provided.

Quick to replace my frozen items

I had an issue with most of my regimen getting ruined due to the mail carrier leaving the box in a mound of snow on my porch. Although this was no fault of their own, Aleksandra and the rest of the team were quick to respond to my email and had replacements for all of the items out the same day. It was a great experience.

Sneaky tactics to overcharge you and underdeliver

I got a one-month skin care routine, which I was happy about my purchase. It was then supposed to turn into a 3-month subscription of skin care. When it renewed, however, they charged me $104 for additional product that I never agreed to have be part of the subscription (add-ons that I thought was just a 1 time purchase). In addition to that, the 3-month product was not 3 times as large as the 1-month trial product. I was expecting a 3-month order to have 3 times as much product as the 1-month order, since it was 3 times the cost. It was smaller. This product is way overpriced.

Overpriced

Overpriced, no refunds on unopened items if you forgot to cancel or delay a subscription. Charged $192 and they refuse to do anything about it. Tried them out and got burnt. Way better customer service and products from competitors. Buyer beware.

This place is a scam

This place is a scam. I tried to cancel the account repeatedly and have not heard back! They are now trying to charge me $120! the products are trash! Talk about scammy tactics! Buyer beware!

Once our team was able to determine your correct email address, we followed up and were able to resolve your issue. It sounds like the subscription your son generated also utilized an invalid email address for its account, which prevented access, update and receipt of our communications.

Issue with my order resolved immediately!

I had one of my face wash bottles explode in the mail so when the box arrived the package was a big mess. I sent a picture and a short message to Geologie and immediately my issue was resolved. Customer service has already sent out a replacement and it was such a quick resolution I couldn't be happier. I've been a customer for years now and this is the first time I've had to interact with customer service but I'm glad I did!

Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer experience. They do not provide any notice you are about to be charged during your trial. Instead of wanting to solve this problem for me when I was not happy with the product, and did not want to use it anymore, they just wanted to give me some small discounts to buy more. The customer service rep was had ZERO interest in making this situation better, and instead chose to treat me like I was stupid. I will never use this company again, and would not recommend them to anyone.

One of our reps and a success lead attempted to work with you on your case, but we unfortunately didn't get any responses from you after your initial email. Our team is always happy to help customers one-on-one to ensure the products in their regimen work for their skin and budget, but we do need customer feedback and confirmation to dial things in.

We communicate the length of the trial period throughout the purchasing journey, and encourage customers to update any membership preferences they might need from within their account or by reaching out to our support team prior to a new order. Once a new, regularly scheduled subscription order begins processing, we cannot make changes to it.

I placed my order on the 15th of July…

I placed my order on the 15th of July of this year, and I still don’t have my package. They literally just give it to whoever delivers it the cheapest and it shows. My package has had 5 delivery attempts. It was scheduled first to be delivered on the 1st of August, and it’s been well well over that. I emailed both Geologie and MailAmericas saying to leave it at the surveillance room of my building and I’ll pick it up, but apparently they don’t care.
Seriously never buying Geologie again.

Steer clear of at all costs

They immediately sign you up for a subscription that costs an incredibly high price, do not accept returns and give you zero warning of this. Highly deceptive company that should be avoided.

To be clear, customers can make one-time purchases off our site or subscribe to products and personalized regimens on a recurring basis. If a customer decides to purchase a discounted, personalized skincare trial that entails a membership for recurring orders, we call this out in multiple places, including our diagnostic results, checkout and post-purchase emails. Customers cannot purchase subscription products unless they consent to our Refill Policy, which is outlined at checkout and requires customers to manually mark a box indicating that they have read and agree to these terms.

We want our customers to purchase however suits them best and offer flexible account controls so that any subscribers can update their membership preferences directly or by reaching out to our support team for assistance. We outline ongoing costs for our personalized regimens in our diagnostic results, and our support team is always happy to work with customers to adjust the products they're receiving to fit their budget and skin's needs.

Our customer success lead followed up with you directly via email last week and is looking forward to hearing back from you on how else we might be able to lend a hand.

Amazing customer service!!

Geologie is an amazing company!

I originally got a skin pack from them and wasn't thrilled. But they were so nice to deal with that I later tried their anti-dandruff shampoo--and I loved it. Then I got the wrong product in the mail and reached out to them. They took care of it immediately and couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. I'd recommend them to ANYONE. GREAT people!

Geogologie. Com processed my refund, great service

Geogologie. Com procced my refund. I had a misunderstanding with Geogolie. Com about my subscription but after 4 emails and within a very short period, 2 working business days Andy swiftly handled the issue and the refund was completely processed. I have loved the products and seen dramatic changes in my face skin, the black head spots were removed, less acne and overall great skin and I even gained the confidence to stay without make-up on these Teams calls. Thanks, Geologie.Com I will come back, without a subscription option though, but I will buy my next products.

Been Using Geologie Products for Over a Year

I’ve been ordering skin care and hair products from Geologie for over a year now and when I tell you I saw results QUICK! The unscented salicylic face wash is amazing for my sensitive skin and helped clear up my perioral dermatitis. I would also recommend the dandruff shampoo and co-wash; it has helped with the flakes and itchiness tremendously. You can also just order once or get auto-renew. They use ShopPay, Apple Pay or card.
