Excellent product

Excellent product. The trial products are more than enough to get a good opinion of the product. I have seen a marked improvement in my face, especially with the bags under my eyes. Definitely worth the purchase.

Responsive and caring customer service

Responsive and caring customer service. I can ask questions and make order changes easily online, but when I have a question, they are there for me. Product quality is great, I have seen improvement since using my regimen for over a year now.

Geologie convert

My boyfriend's been subscribed to a skincare regimen for a few years, and I've always used some of his eye cream when he's not looking. I started purchasing my own co-wash last year and love it! I've since picked up a blemish buster kit to more quickly treat surprise breakouts and have found success with that too. Great experience all around :)

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, was not told I had gotten a subscription and was automatically charged $116. There was no email confirming the subscription, and the skincare products are not even worth $1.

Our team takes subscription detail transparency very seriously and works to communicate the length of the trial period, the subscription's ongoing costs and subscription management options with customers at several points along the purchasing journey.

We first outline these key details in our diagnostic results, where customers are made aware of the trial period's length, the ongoing cost of the membership after the trial period ends, and trial cancellation and order return policies. We then reiterate much of this information on the checkout page, where customers must explicitly acknowledge and consent to these terms by manually marking a check box before making their purchase. If customers do not manually mark this checkbox, they may not proceed with purchase of their personalized subscription trial. We then rehash these details in our post-purchase order confirmation email and prompt customers to take advantage of flexible account controls to update any membership preferences they might need before moving forward with their first full-sized order before the end of the trial period.

Our team double checked our records and was able to confirm that you received and opened an upcoming order email from us prior to the processing of your first full-sized order and unfortunately did not cancel your membership, make any needed adjustments, or respond to our support team if assistance was needed.

We are deeply committed to maintaining the highest quality standards for our customers, and once our products have left our facility, in order to preserve the integrity of each item, we are unfortunately unable to accept a return of them. We understand that this policy might be different from what you're used to when ordering online from retailers in other industries and genuinely appreciate your understanding that, as a small personal care business, it’s crucial for us to prioritize our customers’ health and safety. Within the skin care space, returned goods must always be disposed of because the safety and efficacy of the products can no longer be ensured after they've left our possession. Our team is always happy to lend a hand with any needed regimen adjustments when given at least a business day or two's notice prior to an order processing.

High quality and delivers what they promise

I had the pleasure of trying a FREE PERSONALIZED LINE OF PRODUCTS from Geologie last year and instantly feel in love with them. (people should really take the time to read before signing up for things as it clearly says receiving the trial will also sign you up for a monthly subscription at the end of the month trial unless you cancel prior to the end, which they make super easy to do online you don’t even need to call or speak with anyone to do it, so by no means did I feel coned or locked/trapped, they made it apparent from the start) The products also are amazing and I will continue to use them. They are responsibly sourced, no animal testing involved, and contain no harmful ingredients. It’s good quality skincare at a reasonable price. Their product packaging is also nice it’s effective, and durable. They have products for any skin type! They also make products for hair and body which look equally as great. I haven’t had the pleasure of trying them yet, but I plan to very soon! Their customer service team is also top notch, very friendly, responsive and caring. If you’re looking for a reputable name brand that also delivers great products as promised and won’t cost you your entire savings account, then you have found the right brand. I would recommend them any day any time to anyone!

The customer service always gets back…

The customer service always gets back to you when you need help. The team at Geologie is very friendly and helpful in resolving the few issues you may not even experience. I am also a big fan of the simplicity they bring to skincare as a guy who is usually too busy to delve too deep into the science of skincare. Geologie makes it simple and great. My skin hasn’t been clearer at any other point in my life than after years of sticking to a geologie routine. Highly recommend this natural product and hope to see more products like maybe a body lotion from them in the future.

My name is sikander and the geologie products by far are the best compared to anything i have ever used. Ive been using geologie for about 5 years and i cant put into words how good their products actually are. Also their team is really helpful and always providing excellent customer service. I had a issue where i did not receive a part of a order due to overseas delivery issue as i am based in London but their online team was quick to send one back straight away and also checked up on me if i had received it and that to me is the top range of customer service 👌🏼👌🏼

Happy couple!

I’ve been using the .3 percent Retinol Night Cream and it must work well because my wife started using it too. No rash or irritation even with the .3 strength. The pump puts out the right dose and a 90 day supply actually lasts 90 days. I’ve been happy for a while and now we’re both happy!

They locked me into a trial and are now sucking hundreds of dollars out of me despite the incredible amount of time and effort I put into ATTEMPTING to cancel (I AM STILL SUBSCRIBED AGAINST MY WILL AND WILL HAVE TO CHANGE CREDIT CARDS), I mean it's truly incredible. They've given me gray hairs already for sure. These people are terrible.

To be clear, we communicate membership details with customers transparently before, during and after purchase of any trial order that entails a subscription for recurring orders. If customers choose to purchase a discounted trial regimen with us, they are required to acknowledge and explicitly consent to our membership terms on our checkout page, otherwise they are not able to complete the purchase. From there, customers are then welcome to update their membership preferences with us at any time by logging into their account and taking action if they decide that the subscription is not for them.

We have a robust series of FAQ pages on our site, and our support team is always happy to help assist when contacted. If you haven't found our membership cancellation FAQ or reached out to our support team for a hand, I would advise doing so or responding to the request for customer details we sent your way via Trustpilot so that we can ensure you're taken care of. The products are great, but the customer service is even better: responsive, quick, and resourceful. I get compliments on my skin from strangers, and customer service resolved a shipping issue (that was my fault) within twelve hours.
