I love my Geologie products. I’ve been using their routine for a few years and I recently started using their natural deodorant and Superclean body wash and am a big fan. Highly recommend.

I'm in uk for 2 months money has come out my bank not brought anything and more money would of come out next month. Don't know if my bank details was hacked but never subscribed and definitely not got nothing for the money

While I was skeptikal of these products at first, theu have turned out to be great. Any issue along the way have been quickley handled by their customer service in a satisfactory manner. I have been using them for over 1 year and very happy with the results.

As a father of three daughters I have always been aware of the importance of skin care but never really thought of it for myself. Well, Geologie won me over. Regimen #28 has truly made an impact on my health and appearance. The love you put in is the love you get back. And now we can add skin care to our family conversations! That’s cool.

So far I have been very pleased with the products. The flexibility of a subscription or non subscription based purchased is great. Also the sales that run pretty regularly make things more affordable. The products themselves have been great and as represented.

This is Praneeth. I have been using geologie from the past 2 years and I must say I have seen real changes. For people giving any sort of negative feedback, I urge you to wait for few months to see real changes, as any new active ingredient used can some irritation for a week or 2 before adjusting to the skin. I am seeing great results with clear system, hydro gel moisturizer and clay mask.. highly recommended!

This is an excellent product. I've been using the 3 stage skin care line for over a month and my skin is clear and it's prevented further breakouts. I've tried a lot of products and Geologie is the only acne product that actually works. I would definitely recommend.

I really like the rewards program. Staying on a routine, especially one that works, can get expensive. Geologie does a good job with their rewards program so that it doesn't get too expensive. I have tried other systems as well (Lumin) and have found the customer service and shipping to be better with Geologie and the product line to be far superior in valuen and effectiveness.

Really like the products. Like how you have the option of signing up for a subscription or purchasing products al a cart. Also being able to order from Amazon is nice as well.

Time and time again, I have received excellent (and I mean top-notch) customer service. Geologie never fails to make it right, often going above and beyond to make sure everyone is on the same page. Very happy customer!

To begin with, Geologie’s website is very well structured, and allows us to shop easily without getting lost. Furthermore, they explain very well how to use or apply each product, which is very kind. They charged my card 180+ dollars for one tiny moisturizer. Support is useless. Offers 40% when they make a mistake. You have to fix this. You quoted 21 dollars but charged me 180? I have to credit card dispute. What world do you guys live in?

I want to return an un-opened, un-used order, that I received yesterday, but I have not been getting any responses, I left voicemails and emailed the customer service and also contacted them through chat.
Horrible customer service!
*Update: After I submitted this review, geologie customer service reached out and asked me to donate/get rid of the products with proof for a refund. I handed the products to my upstairs neighbor, took a picture and shared her email with geologie as proof. Within a couple hours, I received a refund. Thank you geologie for hearing me out! and I appreciate your willingness to accommodate me!

I absolutely love their cowash for many reasons and they make it more affordable with packs and other rewards deals that I truly appreciate. They have also sent me a full size surprise when I place a large order! Bonus! Likely a customer for life now. This is much cheaper for me and works better than the Co-Wash company I was with for two years.

The customer service representative was very helpful. She reached out to me to make sure everything was good a few days later. Very happy with my experience.
