Iceland........matt is a very organized and helpful tour guide/owner of geo tours. from the online preparations getting us ready to start the trip, the trip itself, and getting ready to return back home he had all the right answers and was always available to answer our questions. Iceland is the most scenic country I have ever traveled. I highly endorse geo tours and look forward to other travels with him................

Just returned from a GEOTOUR trip in Iceland.
It was a great trip well organized by the Owner/Trip Leader, Matt Ebiner. We traveled with a small group in a private bus all around the island.
Accommodations were from 4/5 star hotels to staying in quaint farmhouses and cottages.
Overall an awesome trip. Matt added a stop to see the flowing lava from the recent active volcano.

My husband and I have been on four international trips with GeoTours. All of our tours have been with small groups less than 16 people. Sri Lanka was one of my favorite trips. Each site visited on the island was planned with careful detail. We had different modes of transportation such as train, plane, bus, or tuktuk (rickshaw) to move around the country. Each day had different activity level options to suit each member’s physical health status. We visited several national parks and UNESCO World Heritage Sites. GeoTours is a wonderful company to utilize for international travel to a country that would be difficult to travel to on your own.

Cuba trip was very organized and lots of fun. Had an amazing time!!

So far, my wife & I have gone on 4 fantastic GeoTours trips to Ecuador (2015), Balkans (2016), Namibia & Botswana (2018) and Sri Lanka (2020). Each trip was superbly organized and took us “off the beaten path” opportunities. Almost everyone on each reasonably priced trip was either an experienced traveler, a returning GeoTours client or both which pretty much tells you the GeoTours is the way to go. We are looking forward to our next adventure with our now friends Matt, Suzan and their daughter Sophie.

My trips to Myanmar and Sri Lanka with GeoTours were exceptional! An amazingly varied itinerary kept things moving along at a good pace. We always seemed to wind up at places at exactly the right time. Kudos to Matt and Suzan for all of the expert coordination that allowed us to see so much at such a reasonable price!

Wonderful trip to Myanmar! Our guide was very knowledgeable and professional. The trip was well organized, educational and cultural. Being with GeoTours made us feel secure knowing that our days would be filled with exciting and informative visits to unique and important sites, and that we would be able to relax at the end of each day in safe and comfortable lodgings.

The group participants were multi-generational which made our experience on our trip even more rich. We have travelled with GeoTours many times in the past, and on this last trip we brought our 12 year old niece, who enjoyed the trip immensely and quickly made friends with the other young group participants.

We would recommend Geotours to anyone wishing to immerse themselves in international travel. In fact, my husband and I have already planned to join Geotours for another trip before the end of the year.

This was my first trip with GeoTours, and it was a great experience. Everybody was friendly and considerate in our small group. Several people were repeats and many were connected in some way or other, which promoted a comfortable sense of intimacy.
We covered a lot of ground, with local guides in each of the 3 regions we visited. The pace and mix were just right for me, typically starting with an initial overview followed by a variety of well-chosen excursion options (ranging from hikes to snorkeling to entertainment) and ending with some free time to explore further personal interests.
Matt and Suzan are very responsible, experienced, and efficient yet flexible. They arranged comfortable accommodations for us and suggested terrific places to eat. Their knowledge, planning, scheduling and organization were outstanding. I felt safe and would travel with them again without hesitation.

There is meticulous care given to the sights visited. The sights are interesting, historic and populated by interesting people. The accommodations are comfortable and located near the center part of town. Every effort is made to satisfy the traveler. I have done quite a bit of traveling and I would highly recommend GeoTours.

Cuba was my second trip with Geotours. There was not one aspect of this adventure that was less than wonderful. The accommodations, optional trips, itinerary, transportation, and most of all, the guides Matt and Suzan were far above expectation. I've traveled with Gate 1 and Cosmos before and never received the Ebiner's type of local knowledge and personalized attention. Moreover, I love the smaller group sizes. Thank you, Geotours!
