Please don't waste your time or money. This product is garbage! And, it is almost impossible to return for full refund. BUY BEWARE!

What made this experience so great is that I came here and read the reviews first and did not lose my money! Thank you to all of you who have shared your experience so not all of us had to go through it.
It is an absolute shame what they can do to people. I play on a game site just one game my like but the commercials the stuff they're trying to sell is incredible!

BEWARE...This item doesn't actually work. Other products like this, probably also don't work. Return ?? they claim they don't have a record of your order. It comes from, would have to be returned to, Lithuania....own cost ?

Complete scam! How they are allowed to do business is beyond me. They overcharge you....wont let you cancel and then dont let you return the products ( which dont work). They try to shuffle you around, offer you 50% back etc and hope you go away.

Zendesk are used by a company - non company who sell junk and steal people's money. When you write them - this is their reply from Getwavemax - through the Company Zendesk.

I was actually warned/threatened by Getwavemax to return all items of said JUNK at my expense or they would take it further.

GO RIGHT AHEAD !!!

I would burn to ashes before returning to Wavemax - or via 'Victor' or 'Angel' whom I don't know work for Getwavemax or use Zendesk as scapegoats or if that Company works in cahoots with thieves and gangsters. They carefully delete afterwards -- emails sent to you to make impossible to review - copy, paste and report.

Zendesk NEED to EXPLAIN them selves and their sanitised threats and thuggery. Check your replies folks for Getwavemax - supposedly, and you will see it is actually sent from or through Zendesk.

Es gab während der Bestellung "Probleme" mit PayPal! Statt das Set: Antenne, Universal Remote und USB Bluetooth Transmitter zu bestellen, war alles 3-6× bestellt und bezahlt. Weit über 200€. Nach langer Recherche und email-Schriftverkehr bekam ich endlich die Rücksendeadresse:

Eigentlich 0 Sterne, 1 Artikel bestellt 5 abgezogen. Sofort storniert, was angeblich nach einer halben Stunde schon zu spät war. So eine Betrügerfirma gehört verboten. Mal schauen ob es mit der Rücksendung klappt.

Da ist ein Stern zuviel. Mehr Artikel in Rechnung gestellt,über Paypal bezahlt mal schauen wie es ausgeht....

This is for all the people that were scammed out of their money. I had that happen once, I called my credit card company. I told them how many times I called and got no results. They erased the charge and took the money back from the scammer. Try it. Fight back

I ordered one Wavemax antenna and was charged $ 113.76 for three. Because of this, I immediately cancelled the order. However, the order was not cancelled, but sent to me, and, of course, I did not receive my money back.

Since receiving the antennae, I have sent two different emails to two different addresses requesting a return label. They say they are sad I didn't like the product and will I do a survey. Nothing about my return label or my money.

I am disgusted and keep looking for a phone number. Can't find one.

Sent a third email. Hoping they cooperate.

I think it is all a scam.

Unfortunately the 5 star reviews are for Trust Pilot itself and not Wavemax. This is very deceiving as the site is obviously a scam site from other reviewers and if you just look no further than the number of stars, you get taken in

I don’t know how I ended up with 5 Antennas didn’t order 5 asked to send them back they said via email that their term and conditions did say if I’ve had them more than 30 day no refund!! This was the day I received them but all they said they would refund 35% provided I kept them. All of this is against the law can’t find their address if anyone has it I would be most grateful.

I ordered the antenna and there was a prompt for headphones. I was charge for three of them . I called to cancel my order within 30 minutes and the company would not let me cancel. I consider this company to be a scam and will warn friends about this company.

It works as well as 2 paperclips.
Getting a refund is hard enough to make most people give up. I'm still trying, unsuccessfully so far.

Thank you Trust Pilot. I make a habit of checking out a company before buying from them, after falling for another con artist. Wavenet were very convincing so I'm glad I got your contributors' opinions.
