The process of setting up my life insurance accounts for my kids has not been smooth. Communication throughout has been lacking, particularly in terms of timely and clear email updates regarding the status of my policies. Additionally, I was informed that I would be able to make changes to the policies through the portal and contribute to the cash value accounts directly. However, this functionality was not available as expected, which was disappointing and added to the confusion. It has a been a very frustrating process so far.

I like the IUL scenarios that my agent ran for me. Agent was knowledgeable and patient with me and my wife as we had lots of questions about indexed life insurance. However, when life insurance contract was delivered via Docusign the underwriter had the incorrect Date Of Birth for me. This is very concerning to me. Something like date of birth should be verified by a source document by the agency as well as the underwriter. This is the reason for the 3 star rating.

The customer service is excellent and everything was explained in detail.

I experience the best customer service. From the start to finish there was updates. Kind email and text messages sent to keep me informed. The process was under review for several weeks and then it was processed with the right company. When the dust settled then all that was left to do was sign. The hard copy came in the mail the following week of my approval. Great company.

Communication is good

Amplify is a wonderful company. Robert Twombly helped me get an IUL even though I'm almost 67 years old! I really didn't think it was possible, but he got me a great policy and a reasonable premium. I recommend that everyone should have an IUL from Amplify to grow their wealth and provide security for their family.
