Before making my purchase,I asked a couple of questions online. One turned out to be incorrect. Delivery time was as I expected. Actual delivery was in the evening and items left at the front of the house. I was unaware that delivery had happened at the time .I only noticed a delivery note hanging through the letter box. That aside, the product appears to be of a decent quality. Everything was supplied to enable the replacement of my old waterbutt. I hope it will last longer than previous purchases from alternative suppliers

Great size, easy to handle and position. Looking forward to improving my garden soil with the resulting compost.

I still haven’t received them . Told problems with access but didn’t contact me on phone no. Given. What else can I do To help !!
I would like to add that in the past I have had excellent service this is probably just a blip.

Lento if cheaper (much cheaper) composters available. I trusted the council’s recommendation which was unwise.

Good solid bin at a good price. Delivery slow but we had been informed .

Pretty much copied and pasted this from another user as I had EXACTLY the same experience, even down to the excuses.

Ordered two compost bins in October. Each week I am told they will be delivered next week but they never are. Apparently they only deliver to one post code at a time. Because the delivery driver could not find my address (not sure why as all others do!) the first time, I missed my 'slot' as they only deliver to one postcode at a time. If it wasn't for a good deal I would have cancelled weeks ago.

Bokashi bins are of mediocre quality. I bought them twice in the past and both times they had to request a replacement for leaky tap for one of the two buckets. With use it also can loosen and leak. The plastic screw is badly designed.

After searching for a reasonably priced discreet compost bin for our new garden I found one on this site. Our postcode supported a discount from our local council which was a real bonus.
It arrived as stated and is already being used.

Despite numerous claims, the composter has never been delivered to me

The bin took a bit longer to be delivered than I expected, however it is a good robust container and has given me more room so I can compost more.

Absolutely appalling customer service. When I enquired as to why my order was taking so long I got a curt and standoffish response. Order took a month to arrive. Tired to support this smaller business but should have gone to B&Q!
