Iiwas unable to be there and delivery was put in a safe place and i was informed

I ordered 2x 330ltr Blackwall bins which took about 3 weeks for delivery. They answered an email query I had quickly and the delivery driver was friendly and helpful. The bins arrived at the end of August in time for all the green material from clearing my veg beds etc! Overall I am very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Good value, rapid service

I’m pleased with the items and the price but I had no idea when they’d arrive. I had no updates as to delivery, no communication and no timescales. They finally appeared on my front lawn approximately 3 weeks after I’d ordered them. They were delivered while I was away and it’s a miracle they were where the courier 🚚 had left them. Real shame as a simple email to update with timescales/expected delivery dates would have been helpful and courteous.

The compost bins, which look like Daleks, arrived quickly and are very useful.
