Paul the delivery driver was excellent
Paul the delivery driver was excellent. He phoned me prior to arriving and he helped me put my new mattress onto the bed because i had hurt my arm a few weeks ago.

Bought the Sara Triple Bunk Bed
Bought the Sara Triple Bunk Bed - really lovely bed, very sturdy and feels quality. Measurements very precise which was a concern as our space was tight. Great bed.

Customer service was not good
Customer service was not good. Ordered two pillows at €50 each. I wasn't happy with how firm they were so never took them out of package and when I enquired about returning them was told I couldn't because of covid19. This is not stated in the terms and conditions. Manager said he'd get back to me and never did. Disappointing.

Lovely bunch of people go deal with - some confusion re swelling of a piece which has since resolved itself - but i didn’t feel like there was acknowledgement of the matter. I would have expected to receive a follow up call of email. But these are all good people and their stuff is amazing 🤩

Excellent service from Brian every time we have purchased from Get Furnished. He is knowledgeable about all the stock in-store and makes very helpful suggussions. And he is very friendly and welcoming. A great asset to any company!

Ordered a khaki green chair from Get Furnished in Galway Ireland. The guy Brian sent it via courier to my home in Belfast and it only cost (9 euros to deliver to my door).
Brian was extremely helpful and organised the whole thing via texting and email. Brilliant service and I thoroughly recommend Get Furnished for pricing and service. Thanks again Brian for everything!
