Jim was very easy to talk to
Jim was very easy to talk to. He explained the meaning of some of my tests and gave me ideas on how to increase my muscle strength and how to maintain muscle. He even sent a video to help me with exercises to do with my bands.

I personally looked into what happened because your experience matters to me. While our system shows that a call was placed by Dr. LaFountain at the scheduled time, what’s more important is that you didn’t receive the care or clarity you were expecting. That’s on us to resolve.
