He was balanced, personable and helpful in helping me understand my results and explaining how these align with the actions/next steps for me. Loved my visit with Kristen! She went over my labs and explained to me in a way that was easy for me to understand. She allowed ne to ask as many questions as I needed to and she really listened to me when I talked about my symptoms, etc.
