Jim is easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and a great coach. I learn something new every time I meet with him, and I have changed a lot of my health habits as a result of our conversations. Thanks, Jim!

Jim is very knowledgeable about various medications and protocols. He was easy to speak with and very helpful is discussing options for my health and wellbeing. He is definitely a strong advocate for clients and is also very cost conscious in choices of medications relative to benefits.

Jim is very easy to talk to and with his wealth of knowledge answers all my questions completely. I have great confidence in him and Healthspan.

We didn't connect. I was holding my phone in my hand from 10:50 until well after 11, when I saw his message. I was notified that he'd tried to call me at a few minutes after 11, but that I didn't answer. The phone number he said he called is correct, so just one of those odd things. I texted back, asking if I could just call him, but by then it was approximately 11:20. Let me know if I can just make the call at some time since we seem to have a connection problem.

Rich is wonderful. We reviewed my bloodwork in detail and discussed some options to address any deficits.

Jim is a pro. We discussed several current protocols that are working wonderfully, added a new one, and removed a redundancy in medications. I highly recommend Healthspan for anyone that is looking to lead a healthier/longer life!

Rich was friendly, however, he didn’t take the time to review my chart before our consult, nor did he ask me any questions about my current habits, which led to him making generic advice that didn’t fit with my current health level. For example, he suggested that I do aerobic activity, particularly endurance to help with my cholesterol, when I am already a distance runner. He suggested that I start cooking with olive oil, when I have already been doing that for years. He suggested that my fasting BG may have been slightly elevated due to not being used to fasting as well as anxiety from getting my blood drawn without first ascertaining that I already do a daily 16 hour fast, and as a healthcare worker I have no anxiety regarding blood draws. This would have been more helpful if he had gotten to know me a little bit before making suggestions, and as it was, I really got nothing out of it and am hoping for a more fruitful second conversation.

I enjoyed talking to Kristin as she was knowledgeable and very pleasant. I’m only just starting my journey with healthspan and eager to learn more about the company and my own health.

I received information on how to start the process and was referred to a lab near me. So far so good. My meeting was with Kristen for orientation. Patient and informative.

Jim always listens and makes great recommendations. I trust in his judgement in suggesting what will benefit me in meeting my health goals.

Rich was familiar with my labs, authentic in his communication, expert in his advice on the rapamycin protocol, clear in his recommendations, able to prioritize on the fly, and customer focused!

I find Jim super helpful to talk to- he is always prepared and knowledgeable about my info (bloodwork, meds, previous fitness/diet discussions). He has an easygoing , enthusiastic style that makes him really relatable, and his guidance is spot-on, just what I need.
