Päckchen aus China /Angeblich aus NL... Wo produziert wird, weiß niemand, der Verpackung nach zu urteilen nicht besser als Make Up von Temu & Co!
Hab den Fall an PayPal weitergegeben, Rücksendung (ungeöffnetes Päckchen - dank eurer Kommentare!) soll mich mind. 10€ kosten (da ich wenn nur mit Zustellungsurkunde machen würde,bei dem Verein!) . Ich will einfach nur mein Geld 55,21€ wieder...und nein auch keine 50% um den Schrott zu behalten!

Schrott! 1 Stern, weil es ganz nett riecht! Versand und Verpackung war auch okay (allerdings aus China!) aber sein Geld nicht wert! Gibt es besseres zu günstigeren Preisen in den gängigen Drogerie-Märkten! Leider auf die Werbung über Insta reingefallen.. war ein Versuch wert, aber nicht zu empfehlen!

Ware wird nicht wie versprochen zurückgenommen. Die angebotene Rückerstattung von 30 % wird nicht überwiesen. Die Foundation passt sich überhaupt nicht dem Hautton an. Macht mich sehr blass. Kann ich nur von abraten dieses Produkt zu kaufen

Very disappointed with the customer service of this company. Before buying the product I emailed to ask if it can be returned if not suitable after trying, with a full refund and was told I could. The product is not suitable for me and I have requested a return with refund but now being told that I cannot have a full refund as there was an ‘offer’ on at the time. I’m only allowed 30% refund! I would never have bought this product if I had been told that before buying instead of the lies I was told!
Don’t trust this company!!!!

It’s all about the the ads, the product is poor quality, it will turn orange in a few weeks. Your skin will get signs of stress and acne.
The first strokes you use with the product it will look good. But it will turn orange and sticky within the month.

The money back guarantee is also a scam. It’s filled with fine prints. This is the info I got from the ”support”

Das Werbeversprechen,von wegen Geld zurück bei " Nichtgefallen" wird natürlich nicht eingehalten.
Benutzte Produkte werden nicht zurückgenommen.
Das kann man sich ja nicht ausdenken...wie bitte soll man das testen????.
Flasche anstarren und hoffen dass das Zeug nur die Hälfte des Webeversprechen hält???
Kurz...es hält es nicht.
Beim Auftragen entstehen braune Schlieren.
Katastrophe das Zeug.
Wenn ihr euch nicht unnötig aufregen wollt,ne Menge Geld in die Toilette schmeißen und Lebenszeit mit ergebnislosen Diskussionen mit dem Kundenservice investieren wollt,dann kauft diesen Quatsch bloß nicht.

Deckt gar nicht, bleibt wie eine Creme glänzend auf der Haut. Auf meine Mail mit dem Widerruf wird nicht reagiert.

Ich würde auch Null Sterne vergeben, wenn es Möglich wäre.
Geld-Zurück-Garantie angeblich bei Aktionsprodukten nicht möglich. Nach langem hin und her bekomme ich nun 50% erstattet und darf den Müll behalten! Zurückschicken auf eigene Kosten und wer weiß hinterher heißt es die Produkte wären nie eingetroffen! FINGER WEG!!!

I bought their changing foundation, two bottles, happy in the knowledge that there was a 30 day money back guarantee. The bottles arrived, I opened and tried the foundation and was very disappointed in the product. It didn’t feel nice on my skin and far from looking natural made my natural complexion very pale. I used their customer service email to ask for a refund (happy to return both jars). I have heard absolutely nothing to either my first email or my chasing email. I guess their “money back guarantee” is just sales b*******t! I would not recommend this company.

Received my goods very quickly. Packaging was great. Products lovely using the brush supplied, looks great on the skin very light 10/10. At 66 and tired of using other foundations that just didn't look nice. This product looks very natural, love it 😀

Kauft dieses Produkt nur, wenn ihr sicher seid, das ihr es behalten wollt!!! Die Test Phase mit versprochenen 30 Tage Rückgabe Garantie bei nicht Gefallen gibt es nicht, denn nur verschlossene Packungen können retourniert werden. Verbrauchertäuschung!!! Produkt kommt aus China, ist nicht deckend und riecht stark. Nicht zu gebrauchen! Da ich das Angebot 1+1 gekauft hatte, hatte ich ja noch eine verschlossene Packung. Diese wurde natürlich auch nicht zurückgenommen, da es sich ja um ein Angebot handelte. Hab letztendlich nach einigem Hin und Her 30% erstattet bekommen, der Rest war Lehrgeld. Aktuell gibt es ein Angebot 1+2 , Finger weg!!!

Ich habe mich für diese "Changing foundation" influencen lassen. Sie gefällt mir sehr gut, obwohl sie für meinen Geschmack noch einen Touch dunkler werden dürfte. Ein paar TAge habe ich benötigt, um die richtige, ausreichende Menge für mich abzuchecken. Wenn man zuviel nimmt, lagert sich in den Falten und Poren natürlich auch foundation ab, die man dann auch sieht. Also total "verschmelzen" mit der Haut - so wie es beworben wird - tut es nicht, aber das wäre ja wirklich auch ein Wunder! Insgesamt macht sie aber ein sehr gutes, schönes HAutbild, die Haut wirkt gepflegt, durchfeuchtet, einfach schön!

This Foundation is amazing- really smooth easy to apply and definitely does not crease or leave lines! The colour adjustment is very good and I’ve no idea how this is achieved but the results are excellent- so glad I took the chance to try it! I am 63 so a good foundation is crucial.
