Very disappointing experience and a costly mistake.

I honestly don’t know where to start. The foundation product itself was a huge let down extremely pale, shiny, and greasy. My mascara literally melted as soon as it touched it, which has never happened to me with any product before.

The frustration didn’t stop there. They advertise a 30‑day money back guarantee, but that turned out to be completely untrue in my case. When I requested to return it, I was told I wasn’t eligible because I’d bought it on a promotion, even though my order confirmation and the website at the time clearly stated the 30‑day guarantee. I have screenshots evidence to prove it. Instead of honouring what they advertised, they hid behind extra T&Cs I’d never seen and they couldn’t demonstrate.

To make matters worse, any return is from the UK to the USA at own cost and no shipping label will be provided.

Overall, this has been a really poor experience. I found the company misleading, especially around their guarantees. I’d strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing.

They state foundation lasts up to 16 hours - it lasted 4 hours on myself. I contacted them to say I was returning it under 30 day money back guarantee. They suggested I use a primer to stop this from happening - I explained I had used a primer. Next email said they didn't accept any returns that had been opened. I explained I had to open foundation to test it which is still under their 30 day guarantee. Next email offered me 30% refund as during promotional times, they don't offer full refund. There was not promotional offer at the time and this was not explained on their website anyway. Next email they offered me 50% refund which I refused as it was a 30 day guaranteed money back. Still battling to get my money back so if you're in any doubt the foundation won't suit you, don't buy!

Well packaged product, arrived quite quickly.
The foundation is really good, does exactly what advert claims.

The coverage is light with a nice glow but for me personally it was too pale. It was a good offer for the price

They refuse returns stating they cannot accept opened products, yet their website states

The product did absolutely nothing on me so I asked to return for a refund. They refused, even though I am well within the 30 day trial window.

Fast delivery of a super product. This one is a keeper!

Great service but more importantly this product is amazing! I love this stuff! Goes on really well and my skin looks perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Die Foundation ist mega und passt sich meinen Hautton perfekt an. Auch gibt sie meiner reifen Haut genügend Feuchtigkeit und der glow ist super....

I was a bit sceptical when I placed my order thinking how can it go on white and blend in!! But it does and looks great on my skin and doesn’t sit caked in my facial lines(older lady). I definitely recommend and will be buying again. Good price for the foundation offer and I also got the brush and sponge. Delivery took a bit longer than expected.

Product arrived in good time. Happy with the product. Easy to apply and blends well. A little sticky to the the touch just after but goes away with time

It took awhile to receive did not realize you are in Canada so that explained it. I do love the makeup it goes on great and it matches my skin color great.
