I use the back device on several different areas of my back every day. It feels good while I am using it, but I haven't noticed any reduction in my back pain otherwise. I do have scoliosis, lordosis, and kyphosis, plus I've had back surgery 20 years ago, so maybe I shouldn't expect much relief.

Have been using Corrective Device only 3 weeks. No positive evidence of improvement in low back pain. Currently setting M2-24, daily.

Shipped and received as promised. The replacement pads work well.

Because back pain has many influences and component sources, it is difficult to assess individual contributions when multiple steps are being taken. I do attribute some of my recent relief to the NeuroMD device, but cannot assess its full specific impact.

Receiving the device took some longer time than expected, but it was received in good condition..

My lower back has gone out a few times now and It has taken nearly a year to recover each time. I started using this about 5 weeks ago during my most recent recovery and it has kickstarted more rapid improvement. I was already doing physical therapy, chiropractic care, and acupuncture but I believe this has been the missing treatment that has made all the difference.

I like the product, it’s very helpful with my lower back problem. My only problem is with my last order of gel pads. One of them had a problem and continuously delivered painful random shocks from its very first use. I threw it away and the next one had no problem.

I have been using this device for my back for quite a while with great results. However, the recent pads are leaving a gummy residue on my back? That has never happened before.

I have been faithfully using my NeuroMD for about a month now, in my lower back area. I have not really detected any improvements in my stenosis/spondolythesis/lower back pain but it hasn't made things worse either. I am up to level 9 on M1.

I actually feel like it does something for me. However, my condition is getting worse not better. It is likely that my disc issue is not easily remediated, but I continue to use this product.

Ordered new butterfly pads but received the wrong ones. Contacted customer service and after a short conversation, they agreed to send out the correct ones without any hassles. Great customer service.

Relaxing with having the therapy

We were traveling when it arrived. Just arrived home and haven't had time to try it out. Wanted to wait for a time that I could be dedicated to trying it correctly.

Got what I ordered in a speedy amount of time

It took me several e mails back and forth to figure out problem I was having with remotes. Now the new pads are much stronger on the right side then on the left. They "sting" at #6 and before I was up to #13...When I use consistently it seems to help somewhat. I will continue trying to use it.
