It started off not so great…
It started off not so great when my order didn’t initially show up on time but the support staff I emailed explained the problem and kept updating me on the solution. Mira from the support team contacted me a few times to update me on where we were in the process and even sent me some extra bands to make up for the delay.

Excellent Customer Service - Quality product!
When components of my order became unavailable, Mira, with their customer service got some some extra bands shipped out to make up the difference. I’ve enjoyed using the Redge Fit for work outs so far and I look forward to continued use in the future!

Great customer service
Great customer service! After not hearing anything about my order, I contacted customer service and was connected with Mira. She informed me that the product I ordered was so popular that they had sold out. However, instead of leaving my order on backorder, she came up with some different options and got me all set with something better than my original order. If you do need customer service, I hope you get connected with Mira, she's the best.

My Redge Fit equipment was lost in…
My Redge Fit equipment was lost in Transit? I emailed them and they responded promptly and upgraded my order without me asking free of charge and I am extremely satisfied with the whole process. Thank you Mira Ray of the Redge Fit customer support team who reached out to several to check see if I received the product and apologize for in any inconvenience I may have experienced.

Love using the redge fit
Love using the redge fit, and had no problems so far when working out. Also when there was a delayed in the delivery, one of the workers (Mira) was extremely helpful in making sure I received the package. Only downside so far, was that it wasn't stated clearly that when bought with the app, you still have to pay to use certain parts of the app.

Insane product
Insane product. I would get excited to workout but after I drove almost 30 minutes to my closest gym, that was always crowded, I would lose motivation. I saw this product advertised everywhere and decided to try it. I didn’t believe that a resistance band based product could provide a full body workout but I was proven wrong. It’s well thought out and very well built. I love it! And the customer service is top notch which is very rare these days.Anna helped me out when I made a mistake with shipping and they actually check in to make sure that you are satisfied with the product and shipping.I can’t recommend this product enough.
