I made my 3rd booking, second in 2 days and absolutely love this app. It’s so easy and you’re able to cut the cost to a fraction over 3,6,9,12 months. It really is a game changer!!

The booking process is easy
The booking process is easy.
It gives you options as I only booked a stay.
I love that it allows for Apple Pay as well as link to bank.
This is also convenient for me as I don’t usually have all the money I need for a trip.
Clear explanation too.
Hopefully it will be swell till I arrive and post stay.

Amazing amazingly
I downloaded Vuelo after seeing an advert but didn’t use it for a few months. When I decided to book a birthday holiday, I remembered them and the process was very smooth. I used a one-time card with a 6-month repayment plan, and later booked another trip on a 12-month plan just as easily.
I did miss one payment after forgetting to transfer funds, which means I can’t book new trips for now, but their communication has been excellent throughout.
Their customer service is honestly the best I’ve experienced they always reply quickly and take the time to explain anything I don’t understand.
When one of my flights was cancelled and the trip couldn’t go ahead, the refund process with Vuelo was simple and stress-free.
Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend Vuelo.

they gave me a 1000£ perfect credit score 998/1000 i didn't want to book anything , a couple of months later they reduced it to zero lol , i didn't even use a penny or book anything yet, it shows you how they manage things in this company , closing my account

You would expect baggage to be in a flight ✈️ with BA and yet no were when booking did it say no baggage 🧳.. it was when we got to the airport we found out . Very disappointing and then had to pay £300 more and no help from
VUELO.

What a great experience
What a great experience, I just booked flights on 3 months interest free. My issue was not enough funds on my credit card and needing to book a flight for both me and my partner. I used this app to pay for both in one transaction and I can use my credit card via apply pay to pay my share, and my partner can sort his share out later. Worked a treat, recommended!
