Talking with Rose the customer service…

Talking with Rose the customer service person was very helpful and understanding.
I placed the order and realized that this product would not work in my situation; within 15 minutes of placing the order I tried to cancel the order since it was stated in their information that you had 12 hours to do so. However, upon calling your customer service it was stated that a lot was prepackaged and shipping had already been sent to distribution. Your customer service person said my only option now was to wait until I received the item and go through the return steps. That is where we are now.

Charged for 3 aerials and amplifier …

Charged for 3 aerials and amplifier with extended warranty, even though I only ordered 1 aerial and amp.
I tried to cancel within minutes, but they claimed to have already sent it to the courier. IMPOSSIBLE ! Came up with so many auto-generated reasons not to cancel. When order arrived it contained just the three aerials. No amplifiers were sent. Since then they have ignored my emails to send a returns label. NEVER DEAL WITH THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND CROOKS, OPERATING OUTSIDE OF THE U.K., SENDING CHEAP CHINESE ITEMS AT VASTLY INFLATED PRICES AND CHARGING FOR ITEMS NOT ORDERED.

These fraudulent traders have replied with an auto-generated excuse. My complaint still stands. They tripled my order without notification and even then only sent half of it. THEY ARE CROOKS AND CON ARTISTS OF THE HIGHEST DEGREE. NEVER DEAL WITH THEM. THEY DO NOT TRADE UNDER U.K. LAWS.
Now they say the situation has been resolved. THEY ARE OUT AND OUT LIARS. THEY CAN EITHER:
1: REFUND IN FULL AND SEND A POSTAGE PAID LABEL, SO I CAN RETURN THE CHINESE RUBBISH THEY SENT.
OR:
2: THEY CAN SEND THE 3 AMPLIFIERS THEY CHARGED ME FOR, EVEN THOUGH MY ORIGINAL ORDER, WHICH THEY ALTERED, WAS FOR ONLY 1 OF EACH.

NOW I AM BEING IGNORED. THEY DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS REQUESTING A REFUND FOR THEIR FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS.

No communication from them. They ignore my issue with their fraudulent trading, because they are SPINELESS COWARDS.
NEVER DEAL WITH THIS BUNCH OF CRIMINALS.
