I am sharing my experience with GGIMS so that others can make an informed decision.
Before enrollment, their team was very responsive — they used to call frequently and answer all queries promptly. Based on this, I decided to proceed and paid ₹70,800 for their job assistance services.
However, after the payment was made, the level of service dropped significantly. There were multiple changes in case managers, and there was no proper follow-up or continuity in handling my profile.
In my experience, there was very limited effort in applying to relevant job roles aligned with my profile. Applications appeared to be made just for the sake of it, rather than targeting suitable opportunities. As a result, even after 6 months, I have not received a single interview call or shortlisting.
I also noticed a lack of regular updates, communication, and proactive engagement from their side. Calls and emails were often not responded to.
Due to this poor experience, I requested a refund. It has now been over 11 days, and I have not received any response or update regarding my request.
While they state that they provide only job assistance services, I believe clients still expect genuine effort, relevant applications, and consistent communication — which were lacking in my case.
I would strongly advise others to be very careful and clearly understand the actual level of service being provided before making any payment.
