³I am on the 2nd stage of my partner visa to become a permanent resident. I got told at the beginning that I only had to pay to pay 1 time fee which i paid in full. Now I've been told I need to pay another 1200 pounds. They won't even give me the information to reset my password with immi. Who in the right mind is going to pay for a password reset. This company is a total scam and I will be contacting home affairs. I forgot to say they said i would need to pay 1200 for any information that I gave to them and that includes my secret questions to reset my password. When I first went with them I thought people's reviews were wrong I know I had to send my documents a few times due to them loosing them but contact with them was brilliant. But now wanting more money from me is ridiculous and greedy scam mongering. This company should be banned

Our experience with Global Migrate has been extremely disappointing and stressful.

We paid £3000 for their services expecting professional guidance and support. Unfortunately, the experience after payment has been the complete opposite.

After multiple follow-ups asking for updates, we were actually threatened that if we called again our number would be blocked. This was shocking and highly unprofessional, especially considering we had paid a significant amount of money for their services.

Following this, it took them another week just to apply for a few generic jobs something we could easily have done ourselves without paying £3000. There was nothing specialised or valuable about the applications that justified the fee we paid.

To make matters worse, the consultant who initially handled our case, Oishee, who no longer works at the company, completely misguided us about the process and expectations from the beginning. We relied on the information provided to us when deciding to proceed, and it turned out to be inaccurate and misleading.

Overall, the experience has been
unprofessional, frustrating, and extremely disappointing. When a company charges thousands of pounds for a service, the bare minimum clients expect is honesty, professionalism, and respectful communication none of which we experienced here.

Based on our experience, we strongly advise anyone considering Global Migrate to think very carefully before paying such a large amount of money.

I applied for Australian migration, but I haven’t received any response for 1 year and 4 months. They were supposed to complete the process within 6 months.

we paid World Immigration Services Center 10,000 AED by bank transfer for immigration/job assistance for Canada.

Before payment, we were clearly told by your representative that we would be entitled to an 85% refund at any stage if we decided to stop the process. Based on this assurance, we agreed to proceed.

In practice, no application was submitted on our behalf, and no clear work was done. We were never provided with any proof of progress, submission, or official documentation. When we asked for updates and later requested the refund we were promised, the company stopped responding completely.

We have sent multiple emails and WhatsApp messages over several months with no reply. This lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. If no work was completed and no application was filed, there is no reason for the money to be kept.

We are still requesting either clear proof of what was done or the refund that was promised to us.

I cannot believe these utter scammers! I’ve not heard anything from them for months, I’ve sent £3600 and have had a horrible feeling for a while now that they’re not legitimate! This is my future that I’ve stupidly put in their hands. I want my money back!! I’ve got terminal cancer and it’s been my dream to move to Australia again.
Can anyone please advise me in how I can get this money back? Thanks in advance x

They are scammers. I have wasted £10000 and they are just getting prey and playing with a life of innocent people. My mental health is totally disturbed because of them. They gave me a life time trauma

I got my money back from these Scammers . They even tried to get me arrested which didnt work !!! Do not hand over a penny . They soon back down when my reviews hit 10,000 plus views and they offered to pay me back to take it down . Money back review left in place .

Many people have been cheated by promising European visas and taking money. They neither get their money back nor do they get visas. No one should fall into their trap.

We found Global Migrate and spoke to them , and had an initial consultation. They then charged us £1000, regarding a skilled Visa for Australia. They then sent is a one time read only contract, but were rushed into signing it, not given a chance to read it. They then sent us a statement schedule for 3 months of £1260 payments. But then we wanted help, and wouldn't answer back, for days , weeks. We couldn't get the references on format they wanted , all we could get is basic references, containing dates. Our old employers wouldn't give details , on job role, on official company paper, signed, stamped , and sent over. It was really detailed accounts they needed for the skills assessment. But not one company would provide it, they would only provide dates. When asking for more, they put the phone down . So it wasnt good enough , and then they said its not good enough. This went on for weeks, so we asked if we can apply for a student visa, they said (weeks later) no, so they can't help us. But then they are wanting payments still, for now,£3800, for doing nothing! Now we have been sent a letter for legal proceedings, to pay it now! But I have read other reviews , and the company accounts are dormant , and so many reviews here, saying don't pay them, they won't do anything for you. Regret ever getting involved with them!

Once you have handed over payment, the 'service' stops and you will be chasing them until you burn out. Callbacks are promised that never happen, and the quality of any documents that are eventually produced would not pass an early years school test - I definitely wouldn't risk sending them to your target country. With a bit of digging, 'Global Migrate' appears not to exist as a company as there are no funds running through it.

Complete scammers ,taken my money morethan two years before and till now no updates . Not even attending calls and only sending recorded mails .

They fool the person and get the agreement aifned so that the person is engaged in their smart trick of agreement. They took 750 pounds as advance for australia work permit visa . Biggest fraud in uk

This consultant need cash ,after getting money they didn't pick up call, they were send mail without CC. They told 8 months only now 7 months finished.No respond of my mail. I think they are cheater and non professional. One lady her name Nayana kerala and Kiran are contact me and now no response.

Very unprofessional, they don't know what to do quick in taking the consultation fee but it's ere waste of oney we have spend twice the consultation fee with faraz. He doesn't know anything just gives layman advise stay away from this company

In my opinion, it was a very bad experience and I do not recommend them at all. They took the advance payment but didn’t prepare the file. When I asked them to show what had been done, they immediately demanded the second payment, which I refused. They ultimately did nothing. Be cautious.

This company is a scam. I have been scammed by this people for 3000 pounds. I paid in full all my processing fee for Canada and provided all the documents but they did not understand the documents required for processing so my application got denied. They asked me AGAIN to pay another 3000 pounds for their own mistake to start the process again.
