First Time Order Disappointed
This is the first time I have ordered from this company. It indicated I would receive a 10% discount and gave me a code. When I put in the code, it said that the code could not be applied to my order. Very disappointing that they offered a discount and then did not apply. Also, their shipping costs are outrageous.

Order this basket twice by mistake
Order this basket twice by mistake. Was told the would cancel this order GB38589. Instead order was canceled and I was charged for 3 baskets instead of one. Will not be ordering from you again. I will let everyone know what a rip off you are. Also you say I get a 10% discount when I put the code in that you sent me it would not take it. Very very unhappy customer. Carol Bicknell

Not very happy
Not very happy. The shipment missed its date in the event that I needed it for came and went. I’ve sent an email trying to contact you to get a refund and send the baskets back but no one has answered me back. Very bad customer service. I feel your company does not care about the customer.

Poor service at every step of this…
Poor service at every step of this order. When I placed the order, I was promised that it would be shipped out the same day, however it didn't ship out until three days later. When it did arrive, it was poorly packed and several of the items in the box were damaged. My inquiries to customer service were ignored, and I never received a response. I would never order from here again, and I actively discourage anyone from doing the same.
