gift basket for a friend before starting chemo
I ordered a gift basket to be sent to a friend who just found out she has stage 4 cancer. It was supposed to be delivered on Dec 18th, a week before she started chemo. It didn’t even ship until I wrote to the company asking about it on the 20th, the woman was polite and assured me it would be in the mail that day.
Today is Dec 29th, it has not yet been delivered, she’s started chemo and can no longer consume most of the items in it. I’m beyond disappointed.

This was my first time using Gift…
This was my first time using Gift Basket, and will also be my last. I was looking for a nice Christmas present for a very good friend that lives miles away. I ran across Gift Basket and was impressed with the selection and also that delivery would be before Christmas. However, the basket was not delivered until 2 days AFTER Christmas. Order was confirmed on Dec 15 but did not arrive until DECEMBER 27. On Dec. 25th I received and email asking How did we do? Well, my order hadn't even arrived, how did you think you did?!?! Very disappointed and can not recommend.

Wrong item, no customer service
I ordered the Deluxe Epitome of Luxury basket, regularly priced $129.95, but I received the regular Epitome of Luxury basket, priced at $79.95, without any sort of notification or replacement options offered. The item received looked cheap and the packaging the basket is held together by was ripped open. I paid overnight shipping, only to receive the wrong item. I contacted customer service over a month ago and have not received any sort of response or refund as requested. Would not order from again.

Poor customer service
I waited 7 full days waiting for my order to be shipped and sent several emails asking why it hadn't shipped with no replies. I finally gave in and called asking what the delay was. I was told they would get back to me. They never did and a couple of hours later, I received a shipped notification.
