Ordering was seamless as was the delivery which was prompt and the delivery box, although lightweight, was intact and in good nick. I was very disappointed however once I opened the box to find that my blanket box was completely covered in a thick film of black dust. I didn't realise this until I'd opened it to feelmy blanket and left marks on it. Extremely unhappy.
