Online purchase quick and easy…
Went into the store to purchase an item and asked if they could match the online price, but they wouldn’t. Ended up buying it online instead, which was quick and easy to do. Would have preferred to support the store directly, but the online process was simple and hassle-free.

Let me empty my cart!!
It was really hard to order online. The cart had glitches & wouldn't empty or delete items. Then issues with credit card being processed. It took multiple attempts, contacting customer support for them to empty my basket. Still issues with credit card, finally payment went thru & I was able to collect from a nearby store.

Elora was a lovely lady who helped me with the first order discount code as well as locating the items in Penrith Store when the item was sold out online.
The sweet and kind ladies in Penrith store were also extremely helpful with my purchase of the item from their store.

I confirmed item was in stock, also confirmed it was sent which I was told yes it was, then the next day I asked for a tracking number and got a bullshit letter saying they cancelled the item because of a security tab - ALL LIES, will never buy from you again and will let friends know not to trust this company

MORE LIES ON THEIR RESPONSE, IT WAS THE LAST ONE IN STOCK SO I CAN HARDLY SEE HOW THEY HAD TO DO A SECURITY CHECK ON ALL PS5 - COULDN'T BE HONEST AND JUST SAY THEY STUFFED UP, NOPE JUST LIED THEIR WAY THROUGH IT.

We’d like to clarify at no stage did we confirm that the item had been dispatched, only that it had been prepared and was ready for collection.
During final checks, our team discovered that the PS5 security seal/tab on one of consoles had been opened or was no longer properly sealed. As soon as this was identified, we immediately began an investigation across all current PS5 orders. As a precaution, and to ensure we maintain our quality and customer service standards, we made the decision to cancel any affected orders rather than risk sending a product that may not meet manufacturer requirements.
Unfortunately, if the PS5 seal is broken, this can affect or void the warranty with Sony and/or cause a quality issue. Because of this, we would never knowingly send a console in that condition to a customer.
While we understand the frustration caused by the cancellation, this decision was made specifically to protect our customers and demonstrates that we are a trustworthy company that refuses to ship products that are not up to standard. We would rather cancel and refund an order than risk a customer receiving an item that could later cause warranty or quality concerns.
