Originally I was really happy with using this website to buy gift cards. Process was easy until I came across an issue last week.
I purchased a digital gift card last week and was sent a 10% bonus promotional code (£50) to spend on the website.
When I entered the promotional code it says "Promotion code is not valid".
I contacted customer services who raised a ticket and I received an email asking me for the promotional code. I emailed back and called them to give them the promo code and received a response saying it would be added to the ticket. However, the case was automatically closed as they said they didn't receive a response to my email.
Another ticket has now been raised and I'm currently waiting on a response on that.
I notified them that it doesn't seem that the website is accepting any promotional codes at the moment and says they are all invalid.
A week on and I'm still no closer to getting to spend the 10% digital bonus promotional code that is advertised on the website.
*UPDATE 27/03*
Customer service emailed me with a new promotional code. I tested it and it worked - however it was only for £5 instead of £50. I have emailed them back once again waiting for a response.
*UPDATE 01/04*
I got a response today of the following:
"We have confirmed with our specialist that the codes you received are the only ones available, and we are unable to provide any additional bonus codes."
However, as above I was first provided a £50 code which was invalid and the second code provided was an incorrect value of £5.
I have found that the responses I have received show the level of customer service. So I would not recommend using this website. They are falsely advertising a 10% bonus card with purchase which they aren't providing valid codes for.

I purchased a voucher for a relative as a Christmas gift, the voucher never arrived I emailed on the 18 December and receive a reply on the 11 February which gave me details of how to look for the voucher, which I did and informed them I did not receive it, I did not receive a reply until 12 March, again informing me they are receiving a high volume of emails, what a joke!!

False advertising.
They get you by promising a 10% bonus when your order you gift card which is a lie. The 10% bonus is on the next order.
Called the customer service before recieving the gift card (woke up the lady in the middle of the day) and she said no refunds possible.

Did not fulfill an order of mine. The phone number listed on their website is incorrect. No way to contact CS because they are also not responding to my email.
One4all digital cards from them cannot be added to Apple Wallet either.

I have bought one4all gift card. After payment, there are no confirmation emails or gift card received. I tried to contact CS for a whole week but no reply.
(I have sent email to info at giftcardstore.co.uk at 18 Feb 2025 18:05 and 20 Feb 2025 11:36. I also used the feedback function on your website twice. I felt so desperate that no response for so long. Then I use Facebook messenger to send a message, also no reply. I am so glad that I can finally get a reply here. Can you please check if your email box is full so cannot receive my emails?)

Hope to improve process with TopCashBack also as the cash back from Gift card store was always kept pending in topcashback.

I purchased 5 Gift cards on February 9th and have not received the gift cards yet, have contacted customer service, but have not resolved the problem! This experience really left me disappointed in your company!

I was trying to buy the 12%off bonus card but the orders keep declining, I am 100% sure I have aligned my billing address, my credit card name, my number, cvc, expiration date, everything is correct. And the bank has me approved the the transaction, but it was declined by BHN*GiftcardstoreUK that I believe it's your company,
not until I recently changed my computer, then I suddenly succeeded?? so I am doubting their compliance department blocked my old pc's transaction for whatever reasons. and they never replied email.

Firstly customer care were very nice but they seem to have limited access to the systems so can't provide much detail around the problem.
Tried to buy e-cards and on two occasions and the transactions went through and the money was taken but no e-cards were delivered. Unfortunately they think that it might be a system error but cannot be specific which means that I now need to go to a competitor and buy their product instead. Its a shame as this was my first choice of gift card

Twice ive ordered gift cards and each time the envelope has not been sealed....you could see all the glue was intact and never used. One was given to me loose by the postman due to the envelope not being sealed. Will not order again
