Impressive service
Very impressed with the speed of delivery. The card is attached to a note which you personalise when ordering online. This makes it easy to insert into a greetings card. I Will definitely use this service again

Would not recommend buying gift cards…
Would not recommend buying gift cards from this company, there is a limit to what you can buy and there's even a limit to their limit... says you cant buy £500 worth of vouchers but anything over £200 and it wont let me buy, spoke with customer service and they recommended I buy 1 at a time and this did nit resolve the situation. Avoid if you don't want your time wasted!

Great and easy way to purchase but...
Great and easy way to purchase and not always reliable*. The limitation of the £99 per card is also an issue when buying items online.
*Card was rejected at Miller&Carter when trying to use 4 card after the first 2 went through and we were unable call anyone to rectify the issue either.

Very bad experience for a first time…
Very bad experience for a first time customer. Ordered on 18Dec for a 12% added bonus eGift card, no confirmation email received and purchase status is still under "Processing". Emailed to customer service twice, but no response.

For £500 order says basket of £501 over the limit
My few days earlier purchase worked fine. However, when I tried to make purchase on 30th and 31st December 2024 to take advantage of the Christmas 12% bonus, after completing the payment details I got a message saying the basket at £501 was over the limit. I only had £500 in basket and tried again with £480 and got the same message. To me this tells me that your IT system needs a total overhaul. First thing to do is to fire your IT manager and Director - you lost sales!

Well I ordered gift card for a present which still haven't arrived I rang them and they opened case with specialist team who didn't do anything and next day I rang and there were no action on case was promised someone will contact me on the same day and nothing still don't know where my gift card is for which I paid my money.
