Costa at St Tydfils Shopping Centre MerthyrTydfil

The premises are filthy. The outside of the shop is covered in some sort of sewage and has been for months.

The inside toilets are constantly out of order and always out of toilet roll.

The premises has had extra tables added which now makes it look more framed and uncomfortable.

To be honest, there is nothing relaxing or appealing about the cafe any more.

I visited west gate costa on 22nd march 2024 , Ive been an regular customer for 6 years and Ive never had any issues using the store before. I brought an drink before using the bathroom.I have an hidden disability and went to the bathroom because It were urgent , I got into an problem and I had to sort it out. I didnt want anyone to have to clean up my mess. I were 5 minuets then I started getting harrassed then that made me more stressed which resulted in more medical issues. I got were threatend by around 5 men , threatening to kick the door in and shouting stuff like I bet shes on her phone and I bet shes dead in there from being on her phone too long despite me keep shouting I have an medical issue , it takes me longer than most. And they also kept shouting that I were beyond the joke , that I have no respect and that I act like I own the bathroom. And started swearing at me through the door. Then they complained that much to the staff , the staff came and I had to open the door whilst the bathroom were in an state and I were in an state. They kept threatening to open the door whilst I had my underwear down. I told them my underwear were down and I told them I were trying to clean up. And threatened to call the police. The staff were an young man who appared to be in hus 20s , he were an new member of staff and the other were an woman who were an lot older , light coloured hair and plus sized. , I just need more time because of my disability. I kept constantly trying to explain this but nobody listened When I had came out crying everyone stared at me and wouldnt stop and nobody appolgised for how They treated me.

Trading standards should be involved here because it’s not regulated and they are ripping people off and giving an inferior product

Costa Coffee, St James’s Retail Park. Norton. Chesterfield
The barista Zoe was such a friendly lady, she made our latte’s perfectly. She was so sweet and friendly.
We had two large latte’s, a gluten free brownie and a millionaire shortcake. It came to £11.25. I thought the price was very reasonable.

Woke up this morning and fancied a coffee so I got ordered a Costa coffee from just eat via just eat I waited for the time for delivery and then it was delayed so I waited half an hour then it was delayed another half an hour in total I waited 1hour40 minutes for 2 coffees and a coca Cala bloody disgusting service

2 x flat white £8.80 M25 clackett lane bargain ? No extra shots or anything but really needed it as was pretty awful milky slop, hardly any coffee flavour at all.

Really no excuse just another greedy corporate offering rubbish service for escalating priced goods.

They make concentrated coffe and then dilute it in water in front of you.
Imagine the level of stupidity if they don't know how to make a simple thing like coffee.
And it tastes much worse then a 3 in 1 Jacobs pouch.
How can imbeciles thrive in this business it beyond me. Could be that the customers are moronic ?

Oldham Council - close this goddam Odeon Coffee!

I have met with another example of stupidity, when more than two people were trying to order coffee and selecting an alternative milk
option. Firstly, it was something funny for customer service repeating the word coconut, like it was some kind of slur. Still no one understood why a lady was smiling ironically, apparently a coconut
means something different than food for her, particularly at the moment when she was very busy talking with her colleague if coconut milk is a thing, or people don't speak English in this country.

Piece of advice, close shops, if you think you will feel better working in the United States and be called racist every single time, when you hiss on someone who does not look or speak like you.

I am not surprised why the Oldham Council is closing shops in this 🕳️ of the town. No one wants to work and when they have to, hissing under the nose is the best they can do.

I was visiting Didcot Orchard Centre Branch for the 1st time. I was very impressed.
The Staff were brilliant and seemed to enjoy their work. The Barrister Guy was very particular about making coffee, and keeping every where clean and tidy, including the tables.

I visited the Costa Coffee location at Cambridge services on Sunday evening with three colleagues.
The customer services was poor.
The young man serving would not provide cups (crockery) we were drinking and eating in. He said the were short staffed on a half term weekend. There were no other customers in the location.
We have never experienced bad service at Costa before.
Just a bad employee i assume?

Abbeywood retail park.
Manager making fun of me because I asked for the same coffee as the previous customer. Poor joke if it was meant as one. If I hadn't have been with my daughter I may have given him a mouthful back and left. As it was my daughter and her friend wanted to stay.
He needs to remember that without customers, he will be out of work. This is one customer that will now choose Cafe Nero instead of Costa.

Costa coffee your disabled toilet paisley store has been out of order for a week to two weeks now. Staff are being questioned as to why, as a regular disabled customer I would like to ask when or if the disabled toilet will reopen again.

Stopped for a coffee in the Paddington Station branch just before closing time this evening, asked the server was I too late? No she said with a smile and served me a coffee. Thank you Ni for just being nice.

OK If you do not mind drinking from stained cups. Suggest you inspect cup before ordering your beverage.

Ordered and paid for an E gift card on the 21st Jan 2024 for my brother in law’s birthday to be sent to him on the 28th Jan 2024. Costa Coffee took the money out of my account, but never delivered the gift card. Tried calling the help line but that is not taking calls and directs you to their social media or to contact them using a customer form, all of which I have done and have had no response. All of which leaves me out of pocket, my brother in law without a present and some easy money for Costa! You would hope and think a big company like this would be more easily contactable, but seems like they are hiding in plain sight. Very poor service all round.

My 18 year old son and I have just had a shopping trip in Southampton, and anyone with a young adult will know how hard it is to get them out with you, thought we would have a drink & Cake in Costa Coffee in the Marlands, Southampton, usually a nice venue, waited my turn then ordered cake & 2 Salted Caramel Coffee hot milkshakes, two staff in attendance, one staff asked the other for help because as well as me there were two other customer waiting, the younger member of staff made a comment about the other staff member telling me that as it was busy she should have told me the hot milkshakes were unavailable, when I challenged this she remarked that she had a meeting, is the customer not more important than the meeting, only 50/50 she said.... in the age when the cost of living is crippling, and a coffee & cake is a real treat, should I have been made to feel uncomfortable... why is there no good service anymore, does no one value the customer?

Costa hot milkshake had it hour ago still feeling like want to throw up do not know how they put this drink on the menu

Costa coffee Eastleigh. Purchased a coffee for a friend this morning and it has made her unwell. £3.55 for rubbish.

Costa in Wanstead High Street

Popped in to the coffee shop today with a friend.
Orders 2 drinks and a brie and cranberry toastie and cake..
The toastiest was awful.. over cooked, presentation rubbish. Shouldn’t even be bothered to cut the sandwich evenly and not at a triangle.
Our drinks- hot choclate was so watery and the latte was disgusting. We both came home with tummy upsets 🥵🥵🥵🥵

Outstanding service. Currently sat in Costa near the Tower of London. The two gentlemen are an absolute delight . Friendly with excellent customer service.
