I purchased about 15 e-cards. The fee they charged was astronomical. I wish I had paid closer attention and went to a different vendor. Outrageous.

Last time
Last time. My dad gets a runaround when he tries to use this card at Safeway. Apparently, they also take a large chunk out of the card to cover a bullshit users fee. I will never use your service again. It’s more hassle than it’s worth.

It looks like the card was used at a gas pump initially, which usually locks up the card with a pre-authorization by the gas station. It's advisable in the future(with any gift card) to use the card at the cashier and not at the pump. This may have contributed to the declined transactions at Safeway.
