Easy to order on website and delivered…
Easy to order on website and delivered at agreed day. Delivery driver was a tad rude with my partner when she asked if he could put them in alley which would of been easier than chucking them on front garden which one got slightly damaged but easily repairable for myself.

I booked a delivery online
I booked a delivery online and chose a Saturday slot.I later received a phone call to say you didn't understand how I had got that day as it was a mistake and could I change it. I agreed to the Monday morning and was told it would be the first drop.
On the Monday at 11.45 I rang you to find out what had happened and was told it would be looked into.
I then received a message to say delivery would be between 2.00pm and 17.00pm.
Delivery was actually past 17.00pm.
I learnt from the driver that my order was not even on his wagon till mid afternoon on the Monday.
I also learnt that based in Walsall ,you ordered the sand from Lichfield, which was then sent to a third party Pallet company in Oldbury who then made the delivery to my address .
When I purchased the sand through you it stated the price of the sand and a delivery fee of £20. However when I came to pay the money another £50 had been added.
I wrote asking what this extra £50 was for but have had no response to date
