The necklace was more that I expected.
It was stunning, the Akoya pearl was beautiful.

Raising prices before Black Firday!
I wanted to buy earrings when I got notified that the price in my basket has changed. I checked and sure enough: THEY RAISE PRICES BEFORE THE BLACK FRIDAY!!! I am appalled.

The products are nice and dainty
The products are nice and dainty. I like the necklace in specific but just a little disappointment of the pearl beams cannot be hold horizontally well after pulling one pearl downward.
Overall its still a pleasant experience and I would definitely shop again at gingiberi.

The return process is quite lengthy
The return process is quite lengthy, and I returned the item I purchased because I didn't like it and wanted a refund. I had to cover the shipping costs myself, and the processing time is taking quite a while; it's been almost a month, and I still haven't received my refund.

Very happy with my new necklace!

proactive customer care
The Forever Young pearls look nice, elegant and timeless. However, it was a little bit of hiccup about this pair of earring as the backing of the earring is way too loose and this really make me nervous to wear as high chance to drop. I gave feedback to Gingiberi, the design team and support team attend to my concern promptly and came out solution. I hope the replacement go well as i can't wait to wear this out. Another wishlist for the backling with few holes to cater different sizes of ear lope.

Lovely earrings and company
I ordered the Wishes white gold pearl drop earrings. When they arrived, the clasp on one of the earrings did not work. I contacted Gingiberi and was assured that a replacement would be sent immediately. It arrived quickly and the earrings are beautiful. Will work with any outfit from casual to formal. Very impressed with the quality of the jewelry and the excellent customer service.

Pleased customer!
Ordering was very easy and I was able to use a discount code from a YouTube blogger. Wide selection with different pricing levels made items very affordable. It only took about a 8 days to receive my order too. Very pleased!

Beautiful Jewelry
They have some pretty nice jewelry. Prices were also more affordable then similar sites. My favorite piece I've worn from them is their rotating sunflower necklace. Pretty unique so I get asked about it alot!
