It took 30 minutes and 10 attempts to login to my account and renew my policy. In addition I was very disappointed with the renewal price, next year I will get comparison quotes which is something I don't normally do as I like to stay loyal to my suppliers.

Frustrating login
Your website threw me out every time I wanted to navigate to a different field. It asked me to verify my details and then made me login in again to check them. This happened on 5 separate occasions before I could complete my transaction.

First used GJW around 2006 for jet skis and more recently power boats and recently upgraded to a sailing yacht.
