Struggled to renew from the email on my phone, after numerous attempts (5) and verifications pins it worked

I am sorry to hear you feel this way.
We have had a small rate review this past year and unfortunately this has resulted in an increase on premiums and of course minimum premiums.
Our own costs such as costs of repairs, surveyor’s costs and our own liability cover have all increased and premiums have been unsustainably low in the past 10 years, not rising substantially for a long time, meaning that we have now had to impose an increase.
We believe our prices are still very competitive for the cover we offer and we strive to offer the best service to our customers with highly experienced personnel in both underwriting and claims.

It turns out I can insure my boat…
Having been told I cannot insure my boat from a company I have used for the past 7 years, I sought a solution and found GJW DIRECT, and boom...I am insured and it was so simple to do. True hassle free insurance quote and I could not be happier. Meeting all my expectations of an online system that it must be simple, uncomplicated, it must be direct and to the point. This has been one of the easiest insurance applications I have come across. Many thanks for creating this.

Poor at claims.
They exclude so much damage to a boat following an accident that the premiums paid over the years are a waste of money.
