I have nothing to say about the product itself, but I had a lot of problems trying to cancel my subscription. After several attempts, I was finally able to cancel it through my bank and the BBB. Even after the cancellation, they continued sending the product and making unauthorized withdrawals from my account.

The subscription was officially canceled on August 13, and yet they are still charging my account and sending me the product.

Be very careful with subscriptions and make sure you monitor your account after canceling.

The magnesium didn’t upset my stomach which was important for me. Some supplements have done that before.

I purchased 12&1 magnesium and everything was going well until I noticed 29.99 pending on my account!! Forwarded an email and was ignored-repeatedly (I sent (4) emails) so I started an investigation… I kept getting emails trying to sale me more products! Terrible service-terrible company in my opinion.

Mi queja es que en Junio lo ordené por primera vez y no me percaté que era una suscripción, en Julio cuando me doy cuenta que era una suscripción, me comuniqué con ellos para que la cancelaran. Ahora en Agosto me volvieron a enviar el producto. No me interesa y se los dejé saber en varios email. Entré en su página y no aparece que tengo suscripción.

The drops are easy to measure and use. I like that I don’t have to blend anything or make a drink properly. A few drops in water and I’m done.

Do not trust this company. I have repeatedly tried to cancel a subscription to their 12 in 1 Magnesium. They continue to back-and-forth email me (and waste my time) trying to get me to simply pause or delay. They are refusing to cancel my order. Again NEVER TRUST THEM or any company like them who PURPOSELY makes it impossible to cancel.

The cayenne drops surprised me a little. I thought they might taste too strong but they mix well with water and feel easy enough for mornings.

The capsules are plain in the best way. No messy flavor and no extra steps. I keep them near my breakfast things so I remember them.

I’m still testing it but so far it feels like a good addition. My routine feels a little more consistent and I haven’t had any issues. It’s easy enough to keep using daily. That matters more to me than anything flashy.

Do not buy Glamara Magnesium Complex. I have tried five times, in writing, to cancel my magnesium subscription, but they refuse to honor my request to stop debiting my account and shipping the product. They keep insisting that I continue using it and even offered me a discount to stay on. I do not want to continue. They are a huge headache.

This was my first order from the brand. The delivery was quicker than I expected and nothing arrived loose or damaged. The bottle looked properly sealed. I started using it the same evening.

My order is from July 11, 2026. As of 8/10/2026 I still have no product, no tracking # and no refund after I asked for one. NOW they have just charged me another $29.99 this month, I did NOT sign up for a subscription.
Beware buying anything from Glamara.

The drops surprised me because I thought I would forget them quickly. Since they are so quick to use, I’ve stayed more consistent than expected. I usually keep them where I can see them. That small habit has helped a lot.

Further to my previous review, I have been contacted by Glamara saying they will "postpone" my subscription for the 12-in-1 magnesium (which was made inadvertently by their deceptive advertisement), not cancel the subscription as I have requested several times. I have received yet another bottle of these despite my requests to stop. When I contacted them initially to cancel, they sent a reply that was designed to intimidate me into "keeping up" with the supplement regime otherwise risk "metabolic crash". The latest email from them said they would be happy to "postpone" the subscription while I thought about it. My intention to cancel was clear from my first email to them. They took further funds from my account, unauthorised, so I am taking my own steps to ensure this does not happen again. Anyone thinking of dealing with Glamara, please read the reviews - I wish I had! And the 12-in-1 magnesium made me sick after 3 days use, so I cannot even use the product. Both bottles are IN THE BIN. When a customer makes it clear they do not want any further dealings with you and they still take money from your account, then they cannot be trusted, and having become ill from the supplements, I doubt the products can be either.

I was receiving the product from an ambiguous address. Kelly Chen, 1480 Howard St, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007. the liquid drops supposedly Glamara for balancing blood sugar. No way to cancel the subscription or slow it down. I had to block the merchant. this is a brushing scammer posing for Glamara. Not sure what is real because Glamara has no record of my orders on the computer website.

I am receiving emails from Glamara insisting on slowing down my subscription, offering 20% discounts for incentive to remain. We go back and forth with my insistence to PLEASE CANCEL and they write back with more incentives .. my response over and over to cancel is ignored. Blocking them is the only way out.

Delivery was faster than I expected and the seal looked fine. No complaints there.

Customer support answered my question quickly before I bought it. Simple reply, clear answer, and no back and forth needed. That made the buying process easier. I appreciated the quick response.

The capsules arrived in good condition and the packaging looked clean. No damage, no leaking, no issues at all. It felt properly packed. That gave me a decent first impression.

I’ve used a few magnesium products before and usually stopped after a week. This one is easier to keep around because the routine is simple. I don’t need to remember too many steps. That makes a difference for me.

i asked them to CANCEL immediately (07/2026) AND for a REFUND (08/2026), this is yet to happen...!! i found a receipt where I paid for a prescription (2022)...!!
