This is a scam. You buy one item and they continue charging your card monthly, sending you products you did not order and do not want. At this point I am just not ordering anything on the internet anymore.

I made a one time purchase from this company. I have tried to unsubscribe and contact them by phone but can’t get through. They are taking unauthorised payments from my account. This seems a big scam . Buyers beware

I went for the cayenne drops because I wanted something simple in the morning. They mix fast and give a light kick without feeling too intense.

i USE THE CAYENNE DROPS BEFORE BREAKFAST AND THEY GIVE A GENTLE START TO THE DAY. iT IS NOT A CRAZY BOOST OR ANYTHING. jUST A SMALL PUSH THAT FEELS COMFORTABLE.

The order came neatly packed and everything looked fine. First impression was good, and using it has been simple since then.

Nothing felt heavy or uncomfortable after taking it. That’s the main reason I kept going.

This merchant deserves 0 stars. Please do not waste your money! They are thieves! I placed an order in June. Before completing checkout, I corrected my shipping address, but the order was still sent to the wrong address. I contacted USPS immediately, and the package was intercepted and returned to the sender. I provided the merchant with USPS documentation showing the return.
Despite multiple emails, I did not receive clear answers about my order, a replacement shipment, or a refund. My requests for a working customer service phone number were not answered. I later noticed additional attempted charges to my payment card, which I did not authorize, and had to cancel my card and file a dispute with my financial institution. I am in the process of reporting this Thief to every institution that I am supposed to as well as the better business.. bureau..

I’ve used the magnesium complex for about two weeks. My sleep routine feels a bit more stable and I wake up less irritated. It’s a subtle change but still noticeable. I like that it doesn’t feel too strong.

Worst experience, never receive the product and they always reply the same thing every time I email them, is a real scam don't buy nothing from them. I bought the magnesium and never saw it, but they took my money right away.

I wanted something to support my evenings without adding a complicated habit. The magnesium gummies fit that really well. They feel simple, taste decent and don’t bother my stomach. I’ve stayed more consistent with them than expected.

The drops are convenient for work mornings. I don’t want anything that takes time when I’m already rushing. This is just add, drink and leave.

Sleep has not completely changed but it feels slightly better. I fall into the night routine easier now. That is a fair improvement for me.

This product is a scam to take your money .
whenever I try to make call no response from the company

I placed an order to try the product but did not realise that it was for a subscription. After I send an email to cancel they kept sending me emails to think about it and that they did not want me to miss out. I sent several emails back strongly stating I wanted to cancel.
They then finally acknowledged and said they would cancel my subscription. Since then they have taken a future 2 payments the latest this morning.
I have asked for a refund which they have sent one email back saying because they are a small company they cannot do so. But they are still taking my money.

They are a scam even though the product may work for some. They are only interested in money not your health.

I placed an order for the 12 in 1 Magnesium complex and the 8 in 1 on Saturday 27th June after seeing the adverts on youtube.
I stupidly placed the order before doing my usual due diligence checks which for me is looking at reviews.
Once I checked reviews, I realised that this was a subscription service.
There is no indication of this being a recurring subscription service on the webpage or in the checking out process. I thought this was a one time order. I’m glad I just went for the one bottle of each.
Once, I realised that this was a subscription, I emailed them at the info email address. I asked i stated That if this was a recurring subscription, to please cancel.

“Comment:
I have just placed 2 orders. One for the 8 in 1 magnesium complex order number Order #80098 and the 12 in 1 magnesium Order #80097 Can you please confirm these are not a reoccurring subscriptions? I just wanted one tone purchase and there is nothing on the site saying they are subscriptions. But recent Trustpilot reviews have been negative because of the recurring charges and inability to cancel. I wanted to try them out first. Please reply by email Thankyou.”

They replied next day stating, the benefits of the product and they would be happy to pause the subscription.

Were clearly on different time zones so on the 28th I replied saying
I want the subscription cancelled.

Thankyou for responding to my email within 24 hours. However, you did not answer my email directly.
However, by what you did say in your email, it is clear that this is a subscription.

Please cancel the subscription.
I did not want to sign up to a subscription, I just wanted a one time response.

Please confirm the subscription cancellation in writing.
You should be aware it is misleading advertising by not declaring clearly that this is a subscription service.

They replied again about skipping or pausing.

I’m now getting seriously annoyed. So i asked for the third time to cancel.
“ Please cancel the subscriptions.
This is the 3rd time I have asked you. ”

Today, 29th June they replied again about skipping or pausing. This time not Dandy but Christieen!

I just sent them my last email. Tomorrow i ring the bank and flag the company for scammers
My last email was this :

“Please cancel. I don’t want to skip. Just cancel. This is the 4th time I have requested you to cancel.
If you charge me, I will request a charge back on my card and I will have this email thread to use as evidence. “

Definitely a scam. False advertising on their magnesium 12 in 1 and on top of that, they sent me the wrong ones sent me the wrong product.Their phone number's disconnected, and I have no idea how to get it all on a little. I've emailed them with no response.
