I bought a Banjo Guitar and the instrument was unplayable. Strings were 1cm above the frets after maximum truss rod adjustment. I had to cut down the bridge and the nut just to be able to play a chord. it also doesn't stay in tune for more than one song. Basically this is not a playable musical instrument but just a toy.

STAY AWAY SCAM COMPANY!! They sent me a damaged unplayable guitar and then took forever to reply only to tell me they couldnt find my order. Liars who just want to scam people!

UNBELIEVABLE QUALITY!

I received my electric guitar the other day, very fast delivery. The guitar just need a basic setup. Frets were flawless the neck pocket is super tight.beautiful paint job. It's amazing for less than $100 you can get a playable guitar let alone a great guitar. I would price this guitar in or around the $500.00 range.

Don't even think about it.

Don't buy anything from this ghost company. My brother purchased for me a guitar and it came with a 3 inch crack running up the fingerboard. The paint job included over spray inside the hollow body. The hard case promised was a zipper nylon bag that looked beat up and used. When we emailed, got no response. When we called, we got a text mail prompt. What kind of company has no company voice mail? Someone called back and promptly hung up on us as we were asking for a refund. I've never seen a guitar that bad, ever! I would have felt better if they took my money and not sent the piece of crap at all.

Order a violin for my 12 year old who…

Order a violin for my 12 year old who just started playing this year. Received it yesterday. If it plays even half as beautiful as looks it will be the best money I ever spent. The violin is so beautiful, the case it is in , everything is so far above my expectations. Thank you

I wish I read these glarrymusic.com reviews before ordering. They took the money and ran. They didn't respond to emails and didn't answer my "customer service" calls. I am working with my funding source to get my money back.

Glarry Music do not stand behind their products

I ordered an instrument and it was deliverd damaged. We immediately notified the company via the customer service email address, they asked for pictures which were immediately provided, and we never heard from them again. I asked for a return authorization or a return shippng label and didn't receive anything. They have done nothing to address the damage on this instrument. they didn't refund my money. They didn't replace the instrument. Nada. I think they are a bunch of frauds.

I ordered a guitar for my son for Christmas payment was made and immediately taken from my account and was to arrive in 2 days I then receive a weird email saying my account was flagged and I needed to send them a copy of my drivers license or passport or utility bill and my credit card.. left messages and email so far no response.They already have their money so this makes no sense at all ! Seems like a scam I hope not I was really excited and my son has been waiting every day and this is very very weird. I want my

DISAPPOINTED

I received the guitar, however the AMP never arrived with the order. NOW I CANNOT get anyone to respond to my email's, yet they boast about their customer service satisfaction!! What a Crock!! Money is tight, and wanted to get my daughter her "first guitar" for Christmas. Seems to me that this company doesn't mind the bad reviews! THEY WILL GET ANOTHER WHEN I REPORT THEM, IF I DON'T HEAR BACK TODAY!! BTW... Spoke to my Bank who will give me a refund when FRAUD is suspected!!

I ordered a Glarry guitar and it never shipped. I later received a crazy Email from the manager saying it was out of stock. I asked him to refund my card. I have never heard back from him! They do NOT answer the phone, or respond to emails. I received one email saying it was all his fault, and he actually said that it was his own irresponsible behavior that I hadn't received an email sooner. Still days later and no refund, no guitar and no response! I'm furious with this business! They simply ripped me off and kept my money!
I'm turning them over to the Federal Trade Commission 1st thing Monday morning!
And for stealing my sales tax, I'm turning them over to the IRS for tax fraud. I will persue criminal litigation against the owner of this company for theft by wire fraud as well.
Thanks for NOTHING GLARRY MUSIC!

Post office could not scan barcode but they sent it and gave me confirmation which I sent to glarry. no answer whatsoever for 2 months. All my emails ignored. Phone number from glarrymusic in USA has nobody to answer. I got refund finally.

Glarry f style mandolin Case

Purchased a Glarry f style mandolin case 7 days ago and it hasn't been shipped. Glarry says its a FedEx problem, and FedEx says Glarrys hasn't called them to picknit up yet, only a shipping label was created. Meantime, this item still sits in Glarrys warehouse and Glarry refuses to cancel my order and refund my purchase. Poor business practices and this will be my last purchase from this company. They don't stand behind their shipping promises and refuse to make good on their own problems. They got their money, so screw the customer. Places like this should be avoided. Buyer Beware!
