I have recently purchased many short ankle socks (approximately 15) various pastel colours, the socks are a perfect fit. I would definitely recommend this Company, speedy delivery.

Love the dress
Love the dress. only 4 stars as would have loved it to be more cotton/viscose than polyester. Will see how hot it will be in the summer sun. But otherwise fit very good and love the side pockets.

Best customer service
The two women working at the store made our visit completely amazing. They welcomed us in and introduced us to how the store works. They listened and observed the pieces we were pulling and then suggested other amazing pieces to try on. Nothing was pushy or with the aim of selling…our interactions felt candid, playful and I ended up buying three pieces that I absolutely love. I am looking forward to returning on my next trip to London.

My new favorite store
My new favorite store! The two women working helped me and my friend find one of a kind items that matched our personal vibe/style. They were so patient as we tried on practically the entire store! I could’ve bought ten items but they helped me narrow it down genuinely. I’m so curious to go to every location and will definitely be ordering online since I’m in the states. Beware
Beware! Loved the designs, but my order arrived missing one item that they claimed was delivered (which was later refunded) and also with a packet of socks that was already opened (which they refused to accept back or refund).
Customer service was poor - they didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to me when I questioned this :(
The socks are labelled ‘one size’ but I found most of them to be tiny - not suitable for size 40 (UK 7).
Wouldn’t buy from Glassworks again.
