Zero is is the best rate for this agent .. they mention us on the ticket that we can refund the money if we canceled the ticket but when we contact they they said we can’t return the money on your bank account they return it to the almosafer pay and will cut the half of the price as the tax money such a thieves agent don’t book with this agent ever . Bad experience

Full of excuses not to pay refund. When emailing you get the same copy paste message, when you phone they just hang up on you. Fraud is a nice word, these are thieves taking money that does not belong to them.

شركة نصابين وحراميه تم الغاء الرحلة وسحب المبلغ بتاريخ 14/3/2020 إلى الآن لم يرجع، حسبي الله عليهم. اللهم اجعلها نار عليهم.

my flight was cancelled by airline due to covid-19. when i ask almosafer to refund they said i have to wait 1 year after that i can get refund. now its 17 months and still not yet get my money back.

This company are just crooks. I have been trying to rebook a flight for weeks. The agents just lie. I don't know why they even bother to offer a what's app number as the agents will just say anything that comes into their heads. One guy told me there weren't BA flights on the day I wanted to rebook. There were. I hope the employees of Almosafer pray hard for forgiveness for working for a company that steals people's money.

موقع سيء للغاية هدفه اخذ عموله فقط لا يهمه العميل وعندما تقع مشكله ينسبها الى خطوط الطيران لا للوكيل تم حجز تذكرتين عن طريقة الى دبي ع الخطوط الامارتيه قبل موعد الرحله بأسبوعين ومن ثم تفاجأت قبل الرحله بيوم بتغيير موعد رحلتي الى اليوم التالي من غير اخذ موافقتي عند الاستفسار عن السبب تم ابلاغي من جهتهم انه بسبب الخطوط ويجب التواصل مع الامارتيه عند التواصل مع الامارتيه بلغني الموظف ان تم تبليغ المسافر مسبقا بألغاء الرحله كامله قبل موعد الرحله ب ١٢ يوم لتعديل حجوزات المسافرين موقع نصاب وقمة في الاستهتار خسرت مبلغ فحص بي سي آر لشخصين خسرت مبلغ حجز الفندق لانه غير مسترجع و تم خصم جزء من مبلغ تذاكري مع العلم ان الخطا من موقع المسافر مئة بالمئة ولم استطع تعديل حجزي الذهاب بسبب ان احتاج فحص كورونا جديد لا انصح بالتعامل معهم بتاتا وتم تقديم شكوى لوزارة السياحة لأخذ الاجراء اللازم موقع لا يستحق الثقة

This one of the most cheaters agency I ever know, the book on an airline that not operating for more than an year

worst company ever! My flight was canceled due to COVID-19 and the airlines gave them credit and they refused to give it to me. More 3 months now i don’t have my money.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My flights were impacted due to covid and it has taken over 40 hours of communication to try to sort it out. But they won’t re-route my flight, provide me a refund, or change the dates. Their “customer service” has been absolutely useless.

I will give 0 rating if i can do so. Worst services ever. They are mentioning 24/7 customer support is avalable. But you will not get any reply from Phone or Email or Whatsapp. Fraud Company...

@AlMosaferarksa you have one of the worst customer service....i have been in a state to cancel my ticket and have been waiting on phone for hours and your CS agent tells me that we have high volume and we cannot help you to cancel. Is this my problem if you have high volume... one of the worst airlines service agent.

Never go with them to book your ticket they are fraud and spam.

Don't make the same mistake I did. It's a comlete waste of money and time. I purchased a ticket through Almosafer. After a week or so the flight was canceled because of the COVID travel restrictions. I spent more than 2 days to figure out how to cancel the ticket and get refunded. I had to wait sometimes almost an hour to get help from "human agent" through phone but never got any responses. The most unfortunate thing is, I spent a lot of money on money just waiting someone on their side to help but never happened. I emailed several times and got a reply after days mentioning that I have to talk to the airlines not them to cancel the flight and get refunded. After contacting airlines, I came to know that they couldn't do anything for the tickets purchased online through other travel agencies.
I hated this hide and seek between the travel agencies and the airlines in expense of customer livelihood.

Bad service and since three months i did not receive my refund amount

almosafer.com-Fraud Company- avoid booking with them at any cost,had a very bad experience with their support for my booking for flight cancellation done by airlines due to lockdown, and its very clearly mentioned in the airline site the refund voucher valid for 12 months will be given to the passengers effected with the covid 19 flight cancellation by airlines and it has to be requested by the travel company booked to contact with the airlines.
unfortunately after 1 month of many correspondence follow ups with almosafer by emails and calls, each time they give different reasons to avoid the refund or date change.
today i was surprised to see their email as below which is so pathetic and unprofessional for the follow up of the refund for the flight cancellation done by airlines . iam sure this company is lying and they are not just ready to share the email send by airlines as they claiming,,,its just that they just dont care or dont want to assist by simply puting the blame on airlines .. (when i checked with airlines they said very clearly you can get a voucher of same value with 12months validity to reuse but it has to be send to airlines by the travel company booked as its a travel agency booking.

Almosafer are frauds. They failed to produce my ticket on time or even within their 60 minute timeline. As a result I had to buy a new flight. I had been in touch with them incessantly to sort it out. Now they won’t even reply to my calls or complaint emails. Awful fraudulent company!

THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONSE FOR REFUND REQUEST DONE ,CUSTOMER CARE NOT PICKING PHONE DOING ONLY DRAMA NEED CONFIRMATION FROM AIRLINES .......VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICES DONT BOOK ANY TICKET IN MOSAFER IF YOUR REAL CONCERNED ABOUT TRAVEL AND YOUR MONEY

The worst staff and services you can ever deal with. I will never ever use them or recommend them. I polite and arrogant staff and customer service. Extremely bad. I'd rather pay more and deal with professionals. Stay away from them

Very poor website. I booked a ticket for Istanbul with 9 hrs hault. They changed it to 24 hrs and are not ready to assist or give alternatives.

Very poor service. Call center number dose not work and chat bout will ask you to call the call center.

Very hard to get in touch with them.
