I’ve found Global Database useful for researching companies and finding relevant B2B contacts. The filtering options make it much easier to narrow down prospects based on specific requirements.
I agree with people who say that support does not respond. Anyway I decided to buy their £49 access, and quickly realized that part of the financial data appears to be fabricated. I compared their figures with the actual financial statements, and the numbers are completely different. I do not recommend Global Database if you need reliable data.
Contraté los servicios de Global Database y ha sido una de las peores experiencias profesionales que he tenido. Lo que prometen antes de la contratación no tiene nada que ver con lo que realmente entregan. Su base de datos está incompleta, los contactos son incorrectos o irrelevantes y muchas de las funciones que aseguran tener simplemente no funcionan.
Cuando se les reclama por los fallos, se limitan a dar excusas y a decir que no hacen reembolsos, incluso cuando el servicio claramente no cumple con lo ofrecido. La atención al cliente es lenta, evasiva y poco profesional. Intentan desviar la responsabilidad y no ofrecen ninguna solución real.
En resumen, se trata de una empresa que promete mucho para cerrar la venta, pero luego no cumple nada de lo acordado. No recomiendo en absoluto contratarles. Es un servicio caro, poco transparente y sin garantía de resultados. Eviten perder tiempo y dinero con ellos.
Pessima esperienza. Pubblicizzano dati illimitati, ma dopo un utilizzo minimo la connessione viene bloccata o drasticamente limitata. Comunicazione poco trasparente e servizio deludente. Non consiglio assolutamente.

Hemos contratado el 10 de febrero del 2025, 70.000 leads con un segmento claro. Nos dijeron que lo tenían para los diferentes paises. A dia de hoy 9 de abril, seguimos tras ellos para que nos den respuesta. Una vez pagada la factura, el servicio decae y ya no te atienden. Muy mala experiencia. Por cierto uno de los comentarios de 5 estrellas de esta plataforma es de la misma persona que nos atendió. Nos sentimos estafados.

The Success % of trying to get contacts is less than 5%. The account manager was very helpful till the time of opening the account, after that very poor service or no service.
We will not use them again and would advice to think before subscribing.
The company has a complete view of the data of company, very informative. It does lack analyses and additional information on the figures shown in their reports.
Furthermore, after your subscription you still have to pay for credit reports etc. which paying double if you were initially looking for the credit report.
Nonetheless, very helpfull, amazing customer service ( Special thanks to Nick and Sergu of the IT-department) and it is worth your resource.
Globaldatabase has the most in-depth sorting and refining abilities when sourcing potential new leads.
