Caution if you write to them, have withheld $1000’s from people by creating fake TOS violations. VGW in Malta is a scam. Expect them to stiff you because they will, it’s their business model.

The tournaments on GP favors those with a Microphone or a Trophy - BEWARE! Those M/T guys streaming is good for GP as more play and its legal and free promo. They don't want to update banking information so you can withdraw. I have been trying for three days.

My account is under verification for the past 3 weeks and I can't withdraw my money. It says to contact customer service if it takes over 24 hours, so this is way way beyond the norm. When I ask about it, they say again and again that it is under review and give me zero information. There are only 2 documents needing review, it does not take 3 weeks.

If you want to play Texas hold'em, this isn't the site for you. Don't get me wrong they have a game called Texas hold'em. But if you don't do/play what the site wants when it wants, you will never come out ahead. You are not really playing hold'em. You are learning how to manipulate their system, that's it.

I've been playing on Global for years. Never had an issue withdrawing. Most of the negative reviews are coming from bad/losing poker players.

Also reading about this "ban-wave" gives me more confidence in this website. Most cardrooms don't care/bother combatting bots.

Terrible, crooked business. I wish I could give Global Poker, Chuba Casino, and Luckyland Slots (all VGW games) negative stars They advertise a free way of entry by writing envelopes; however, if you write too many envelopes, they ban you and you lose everything with no recourse.

I played the game and won 300 dollars and when I withdrew I got 300 in my account.

I'd rate VGW casinos 0 stars if I could. Like many others have written and shared, I was also randomly banned out of the blue recently. Despite following up with their support, they refuse to tell me why I was banned other than stating it was due to violation of the terms and conditions for "automation" (which I of course did not do).

With this unjustified deactivation, they are withholding several thousands of dollars from me which I was due to receive. I strongly advise against playing with the VGW casinos unless you're ok with them stealing your money too. This company is INCREDIBLY shady and crooked.

I have been playing with the VGW group for over five years—Chumba Casino since April 2020 and Global Poker for the past few years. I have nothing to complain about regarding either of them. Both casinos' customer support has been excellent, assisting me whenever I had questions or concerns about something.

A week later, they granted me the sweepstakes credits and apologized for the delay. When I asked if I would encounter this problem again in the future, they simply advised me to use the correct #10 envelopes and provided me with the proper measurements. As for Chumba Casino, their team is top-notch.

There are many disgruntled players who have been banned. These players often send thousands of sweepstakes envelopes, which violates the terms and conditions of using the platform for entertainment purposes only, not as a source of income or a secondary income. They hope to get free money without spending anything. However, there is no such thing as a cash cow or freebies in a for-profit casino. Their greed led to their bans, and they absolutely deserved it. Now that their "cash cow" has slipped away, they come here to trash-talk the casinos. I play with my own money, and I write envelopes for free sweepstakes credits. It has been five years, and I am still playing. Don’t believe these trash-talkers—they rarely spend their own money but hope to cash out profits. Maybe it’s time for them to look for a full-time job instead.

As a warning to others, do not play on the VGW platforms unless you are ok with the possibility of this happening to you as well.

I have followed up many times but they refuse to even tell me why they have deactivated me. This is because they don't have any proof because I did nothing wrong.

VGW are crooked thieves and I would suggest everyone think twice before playing on their platforms.

Was deactivated for no reason, I wrote to chumba and had just written to global and my account was deactivated with a lame excuse that I used some type of automation.

You win only on small stakes. And the river always helps the shills to win on the river. They give you a bait to to win and you can withdraw maybe 50-100$. But then you’ll never win 1 penny for the rest of your life. Lately the customer support service isn’t working anymore. I hope they go bankrupt. Too many fraudulent hands. Always helps the terrible players with awful all in hands. Those are paid shills to take your money.

Company VGW banned my account in a mass ban wave for automated activity, they could not provide proof I did this and there is no appeals process. I had roughly 60 dollars on my account still and it is now theirs due to to their ToS (fancy stealing, if you ask me). I will be contacting my bank and requesting the appropriate charge backs. I recommend everyone else do the same.

I've been writing letters to this casino for sweeps coins since May of 2024. My account was wrongfully deactivated with zero evidence of any wrongdoing. All of my writing is legitimate, and I have video proof of me writing these letters. This has been happening to many people who write to VGW casinos.

Between may 28th 2024 and Feb 25 2025 I have sent in thousands of sweepstakes entries to chumba casino and lucky land slots both under vgw games. I did them by hand, but I’m now banned for “automation” when I didn’t automate anything.

I spent 10-12 hours daily almost every day writing, and I am owed $5545 usd in sweeps coins on Chumba casino from valid sweepstakes entries that were not processed before my ban, and I would really like to be reactivated too.

I love to play here at Global Poker and I've been playing here for a few years now. At first I thought "this site is rigged and the players are bots!". Then I started to improve my poker game and now, I don't think it's rigged. Poker is a wild game with unexpected outcomes. It combines luck and skill and I learn constantly when I play.
This site has some good bonus offerings and they offer easy to claim money in "The vault" which gives you a percentage of your rake in rng games and sit n go tournament games. I haven't cashed out here yet, although I've had enough in my account to do so many times. I will write another review when I successfully redeem my winnings here in the future.
