Waited for months and did not get any feedback on the sample that I sent in. No reply on emails. Just a fraud in my eyes. Another lesson learned.

Hab meinen test am 27.10.22 mit PayPal gekauft, dann kam schon mal nix, am 3 November hab ich nachgefragt weil ich keinen Code hatte zum wegschicken, der wurde anscheinend nicht zugestellt, dann bekam ich einen Code an eine andre Mail Adresse geschickt, funktionierte auch, hab dann am selben Tag meine Haarprobe mit der deutschen Post weitergeleitet, tja und seit dem warte ich, nach 2 Wochen hab ich mich erkundigt ob meine Probe im Labor angekommen ist, es dauert 2 bis 3 Wochen hieß es und dann hätte ich das Ergebnis binnen 3 bis 5 Tage
Eine weitere Woche verging nix, hab wiederholt mit dem Kundenservice geschrieben aber ausser der Standart Antwort das die Probe nicht eingegangen sei und sie den Postweg nicht verfolgen können kam nix, hab dann gefragt ob ich mein Geld zurück bekomme oder einen neuen Code damit ich nochmal eine Probe wegschicken kann, keine Antwort ausser, die Probe ist noch nicht eingegangen
Hab dann über PayPal Konfliktlösung geschrieben, da heißt es nun, ich bekomme eine Rückzahlung wenn ich denn Fall schließe, sie können das Geld nicht zurück zahlen weil mein Konto dort gesperrt ist,am 26.11.22 habe ich jetzt denn Fall geschlossen, keine Antwort oder Rückzahlung bis dato

Waste of money. I have been highly allergic to garlic with an immediate impact on my digestive system. My digestive system has been giving me more problems so I thought I'd see if I was allergic to other foods. My test results came back saying I had no issues with garlic but allergic to other foods that I've never had any issues with.

Ordered a test for my autistic son due to his anxiety around drs surgery. I paid extra for expedited results but after nearly a month they are claiming to still not had the sample sent in to them. Refusing to send another test kit or give a refund. Order from york labs people. Twice the price but results in 10 days!!

Ive received a reply but cannot figure out how to reply to the reply. Anyway ive received a new kit as someone eventually answered my emails. It has been posted back amd now awaitong results. The test was not received without an order number as i know i filled it in, however it was received with an incorrect order number as i put my wowcher order number instead of the labs order number. At the time of posting back i wasnt aware i had 2 order numbers.

While they are helpful when I needed them I don’t rust the results. It told me I’m allergic to meat, salmon, peanuts, hazelnuts. I eat these things on a regular basis and never had a reaction. This was the blood panel IGE test. I got an allergist to test me about 11 years ago and I was allergic to absolutely nothing. I will be seeing an allergist again to confirm or deny these results and if I do, I will be asking for a full refund.

Thank you the results, they revealed some expected as well as some unexpected results. I’ve had my son & daughter tested. So good to eliminate sore stomach, fatigue & eczema caused by food allergies & intolerances. Thank you. Definitely recommend.

this company is a SCAM. took my money but never heard from them despite contacting them again & again.
DO NOT BOOK, nor part with your money with this alleged company.

Scam company! Fake tests fake results.

I have tried to contact you directly, I just get told someone from another department will contact me within 48 hours, that never happens.

Terrible! No results for me and my wives results are wrong as we know she has an allergy that their test didn't highlight.

Months of chasing a refund, and nothing just a generic email with the heading "Case Closed"

Save your money and do not buy their tests

Edit: Global Testing Lab claim it’s not them but my results email was from them, which I can prove (see profile pic). Feel like they are trying to hide behind trading names.
Even if you weren’t the original company I ordered through and therefore may not be responsible for the customer service part, but YOU tested my blood (in the UK not in Aus) for allergies and intolerances and got it completely wrong.
Also didn’t even have the decency to spell my name correctly.
I stand by my review.
It was an 8 month process, first it was lost in the mail twice (both to receive and to send). The tests were promoted under the guise of ‘Allergy Tests Australia’ but isn’t Australian at all (UK based apparently). Customer Service from Allergy Tests Australia was slow and indifferent via email and live chat to the point where I asked for them to please pretend to care.
Finally I got the results from Global Testing Lab and it said I was allergic to ‘meat’ and intolerant to egg white and hazelnut. I saw an allergy specialist to get more detail and to find the exact meat etc, and it turns out I am NOT allergic to anything they claimed at all.

Placed an order online and paid $400.

Waited a month. Nothing. Contacted them. The test had not even been sent.

Still waiting for a refund.

There must be better options than this shoddy operation

Update: just read their response to my review. They think I’m their competition. Funny. I wish I was. I could dominate their market by actually sending orders.

I’m intolerant LOL! Global testing labs told me what I’m intolerant of, and it's ALOT. This is one test you really need to do but be careful on what you'll eat afterwards

They lost our first test. Sent another. Nothing made sense for my wife's test and I never got mine for a second time. Total scam .

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order on the 4th of August, contacted the company about 2 weeks later when I didn’t receive any shipping notification or any other notice besides my purchase confirmation. Today is now October 12th and I am still trying to get a refund for a test that never arrived and was apparently never shipped. The company did not offer a tracking number for my order and said that no tracking number could exist bc of the carrier changes. What?! I’ve ordered things from other countries and ALWAYS receive a tracking number. Buyer BEWARE. This is either not a real company or an extremely poorly run business that I would not trust with my health data.

Think twice before you place the order, after you see all this negative review.

I haven't done the test yet, because I still didn't get the test kit. The customer service said the delivery system lost it, which I believe that it's not their fault. The awful part is the responding time and attitude.

I placed the order on July 18th from Seattle, I thought the kit would be delivered in one week, as the order email indicated "first class via air". After two week, I chatted with customer service, he said 7 to 21 days is normal. I contacted them again in the end of August, which is after more than 40 days, the customer service transfer my case to another department because they need to resend the kit.

During this time, the website is undergoing 40% promotion, then 45%. So I talked to rep requesting that promo, and she ignored it.

Today is Sep 3rd, I still didn't get the reply if they resend the kit or not, no idea what would happen about following experience.
