Globus Faith Avis 

I would have given it 5 stars except that for the weather when we were at Fatima (not Cosmos’ fault of course) and the location of our hotel in Barcelona, during our last two nights. It would have been nicer if it was close by to an area where we can just walk to do some last minute shopping or close to restaurants for some tapas.

Our tour guide Zsolt is the best. He was kind, friendly and patient with everyone. The hotels were in a nice location but the rooms and food were not very good.

The places we saw and the activities we experienced on our Cosmos faith-based tour of Fatima, Santiago de Compostela and Lourdes (and other places along the way) were inspiring and unforgettable! Our tour guide, Zsolt, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. Our driver, Victor, negotiated the winding roads and narrow streets flawlessly. Our fellow pilgrims were delightful.

The Itinerary was very good but it could be better if we spent more time at our stops. I would recommend adding Zaragoza and Toulouse to the Itinerary. Rosa Perez is a superb tour guide. She took care of 44 of us while giving us the best experience on this tour. The hotels were not great just adequate with the exception in Fatima and Lourdes were good witha great location. The villas in Santiago de Compostela were very unsafe and far away from the city as well the staff in the dining venue were rude and unhelpful. Safety was not taken into consideration when selecting this. Few people got hurt climbing the marble stairs right at the entrance and one very seriously hurt after suffering from a fall. Breakfast was good at most of the hotels. However the included dinners were mostly not good without any other options.
Nevertheless the less it was an amazing trip and a very spiritual journey.

We were to start a pilgrimage on Saturday, October 7,2023. We had just landed in Tel Aviv and 6 hours later we woke up to an Air Raid and Bombing. We are so grateful to Globus/Cosmos in getting us to safety and leaving back to the United States within 24 hours.

All the locations were wonderful to visit, the extreme heat made it difficult.
A slower pace would have helped, but I understand that not everyone moves at the same pace.
The guide was very responsive, and helpful. Both driver and guide were very courteous. In many cases the guide was giving information that the local guide repeated.

So many things made this tour fantastic. The most important to us the guide was amazing.

Our tour director and driver was excellent in their job very professional. I like the itineraries the churches that me and husband didn’t expect we would be able to see and reach the place🥰

Very lovely & amazing trip, so much to see. Some confusion on direction at times. A bit crowded at rest area stops at times. Very nice clean bus & great driver with terrific wifi. Very physical trip, but highly recommended once in a lifetime trip.

My 1st visit to the Holy Land was filled with spectacular sights and information, and a once in a life time exposure to the Middle East culture. The Tour Directors were so knowledgeable, and took care of us from beginning to end. Globus was exceptionally helpful by the grace of God, to ensure our continued safety and quick return home when the trip was unfortunately interrupted by the outbreak of war.

It’s a bad timing for us because of the war but in 3 days the Cosmos taking care all of us are unforgettable.

Knowledgeable guide, good hotels,

The tour guide is very accommodating and knowledgeable and very patient. The hotels are very nice and clean . The driver is very good in driving and gentleman assisting us going up and going down the bus

This was our first time going on a structured guided tour and Globus did a great job. The tour packed a lot into the 10 days and we are greatful o have been able to do it. However, we learned that this type of travel is not for us going forward. Things are too hectic and theres not enough down time.

Our guide Stephanie and driver were very professional and knowledgeable about all of our tours . It was a great first time pilgrimage experience.

The guides made the trip awesome, educational and enjoyable on all accounts.

Our guide and bus driver are professional, caring and knowledgeable. I don’t like the hotel in Milan, needs a lot of room renovation, especially the bathroom and front desk staff are rude and has attitude. Tour is great. Hotel in Rome is quite a distant from subway station and room is very minimal.

Tour directors Evie B and Vasiliki were fantastic. All excusion guides were knowledgeable. All service staff at hotels were very nice snd helpful.
